Herb has more than 26 years of business operation experience in activities supporting manufacturing, development and research groups at IBM and Hitachi Companies. He primarily supported the develop of new storage products, which included the sales and marketing of the product lines.

Leroy has thirty one years of experience with IBM and Hitachi Global Storage Technologies in Research, Development and Manufacturing Engineering. He also has four years in development engineering in solar industries providing software controls for HV vacuum deposition and automation. Excellent experience in business startup implementation.

Bob has many years of experience with IBM and Hitachi Global Storage Technologies in Development and Manufacturing Engineering. He held numerous management and lead positions in Recording Head and Disk Drive manufacturing. He provided program management and planning for worldwide capital equipment used in development and manufacturing product lines.

He is a twenty-year retired military veteran of the United States Air Force.
