Marianna is led by true passion for all things real estate and an endless job love for Southern Highlands. Which drove her to move with her family to the Burradoo some years ago. Ever since then she enjoys life in the Southern Highlands, gardening and socializing with people of Southern Highlands.
Before moving to Burradoo, she did extensive studies of various fields, both abroad and in Australia. She has a Bachelor of English and American literature, a Bachelor of Teaching, a Masters in Leadership and Management, a Diploma of Human Resources, Business and Law but her true passion is communication which she studied in her research studies. She worked as a business developer, and a consultant of increasing productivity and leadership through communication and culture both in Australia and other countries.
Recently, she chose to move to real estate that combines all the areas of her expertise. Bubbly but calm, friendly and approachable ,at the same time, with honesty and integrity aims to provide the ultimate customer experience for both vendors and buyers.

A licensed Stock and Station Agent and Auctioneer, she has previously held senior management roles in marketing and advertising positions in London and has a Bachelor of Arts, a Diploma of Business and a Diploma of Marketing to her name. Offering in-depth local market knowledge and insight, Sandie is driven by the challenging and competitive nature of the industry, skilfully negotiating the finest results for her vendors.
She's responsible for some of the highest prices achieved on Sydney's Lower North Shore prior to making Bowral, her permanent home in 2018 when she joined Drew Lindsay Real Estate, then setting up Dunne Southern Highlands 2021 when Drew sold his business.
