Bill opened Duplicated as a small local copier dealership with the philosophy that honesty will always win in the long run. After years of running Duplicated as a one-man show, he now leads our team with the same philosophy he started with.
Conner's main objective at Duplicated is to understand our customers' needs and set them up with the right tools. He loves meeting new people every day and brings optimism and empathy to every conversation.
Daniel is a hardworking self-starter with an appetite for success. He finds joy in making people laugh and always puts others before himself.
Julie's desire to help people is the key to our customer service department. She works hard every day to make sure all of our customers are happy. Outside of work, Julie is happiest spending time with her husband and their many grandchildren.
Kirt places emphasis on both trust and credibility being cornerstones to connecting. Kirt has given 30 years of community outreach through local churches and organizations. More than anything else, Kirt enjoys being with his family.

If there's a copier problem that nobody can figure out, Scot is the guy you call. Scot has been working on copiers for over 20 years. As Duplicated's Fresno Area service manager he keeps our customers satisfied.
Tomas spends most of his time with one of two things; his family or copiers. With 21 years of experience in the copier industry, he consistently finishes support calls with excellence.
