Upon attaining a Diploma in Business Management from the University of Braford, UK, and after serving his National Service in the Singapore Police Force, Aaron plunged into pursuing his dream of a career in the corporate world. He commenced his career proper in 2008 as a Sales Engineer in Tatteot 28 Project & Trading Pte Ltd where he was responsible for all purchasing administration; liaison with vendors; suppliers and manufacturers; deliveries; budgeting control; payments and projects coordination. In the 6 years he was with Tatteot he had garnered sufficient domain knowledge, skill sets and conviction to move on to become Project Engineer at Multi Industrial Supplies Pte Ltd where he remained for 4 years. Aaron Kong's exposure to project management helped horn and sharpen his business and operational expertise. In March 2017, He joined Exco Engineering Pte Ltd assuming the dual roles of General/Project Manager. He spent another 4 years at Exco and by now, Aaron is highly familiar with contracts management, coordination, supervision and successful completion. Notable major local and international clients he handled at Exco included Amazon Data Center, Givaudan, Asahi Kasei and SemCorp amongst others. Aaron joined E-TECH as Project Manager in early 2019 and has contributed significantly to the growth of the company. A self motivated individual, he adapts well in our fast-paced industry and is a popular Team player amongst customers, business associates and E-TECH staff members. A doting father with a young child, he dedicates his spare time to his family and loved ones and is caring by nature.

Adrian Loo attained his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Oklahoma City University (USA) and was also a graduate of Central London College, UK, majoring in Marketing & Business Management . A former CEO of a local advertising agency, he has some 30 years exposure in media-related industries, including more than a decade of working experience in China, Australia, Thailand and Malaysia. His work has also brought him to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Myanmar where he amassed a wealth of "hands on" industry know-how. Adrian has accumulated vast experience in advertising, public relations, branding, media relations, multi-media productions, sales & marketing and investor relations (IPOs), having worked in major companies like Sembawang Corporation (now known as SemCorp) and Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), amongst other leading organizations. Adrian also attended Professional Courses at International Association of Professional Congress Organizers (IAPCO) in Switzerland and American Press Institute (API) in Virgina, USA. In recent years, Adrian has garnered valuable experience in the security manpower industry where he was instrumental in building up the brand equity of Legend Security, Securitas Security Singapore (Swedish parent company Securitas listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange) and Valiant Security. Adrian has helped to brand E-TECH Building Services Pte Ltd for many years and he is also credited for uplifting the image of IT firm, Enovax Pte Ltd which is part of the Malaysia Bursa-listed PUC Berhad Group.

Cheryl Teo is the youngest of the four Teo siblings and the last to officially join E-TECH Building Services. She is a highly independent individual and wanted to explore the commercial world outside the family business sphere which explains why she opt to gain marketing exposure from the external private sector before returning to the family's nest. Cheryl is a graduate of Curtin University of Technology (Australia) with a Double Major in Marketing & Finance. Fresh out of University, she initially commenced her career as a Brand Executive in a local Chinese Toy Company with business operations, factory and warehouses in Singapore & Malaysia. The Company, boasting of a workforce of more than 100, held exclusive distribution rights of many strong brands and have strong retail network in major departmental stores, retail chain stores & neighborhood stores. Armed with her marketing experience, Cheryl moved next to handling Regional Business Development for Distributors and Franchisees across Asia-Pacific & Europe. Her work involved representing two public listed companies with Headquarters in Japan & Singapore. The Japanese firm is the largest towel maker & wholesaler in Japan with manufacturing plants in Japan, China and Thailand whilst the Singapore company is the global leader in high-end health and life-style products endorsed by A-listed Hong Kong movie stars. Cheryl joined E-TECH to handle the F&B segment of the family business in 2011 and now also oversees the internal audit and business strategies of E-TECH Building Services business operations.

With over 15 years of experience in estates and facilities management, Chris Woon joined E-TECH on July 2021 as Business Development Manager. Chris built up her credentials in the estate/tenancy/vendor management during her tenure with MNCs like Knight Frank Estate & Facility Management and Colliers International Consultancy & Valuation, amongst many other equally outstanding estates & facilities management organizations. Chris Woon's working experience covered management of Condominiums with over 360 units, T.O.P. projects, Singapore Land Authority Residential State properties, teams of over 30-50 site staff and over 120 site technicians. A proven dedicated and responsible person, she has always been able to gain the confidence and trust from clients and coworkers, which are highly demanding in the estate & facilities management industry. Now, as Administrative Director, Chris Woon's pro-active work attitude and prompt follow-up of clients/tenants' business needs often helps in facilitating an open and effective communication channel which is vital for successful site problem solving and ensuring smooth estate management and operations. For leisure, Chris loves listening to pure instrumental music and DIY of small arts & crafts.

Davies Teo, 43 years old, was involved in E-TECH since his early secondary school days when his term breaks were largely spent in his father's company, observing and learning the ropes. He officially joined E-TECH Building Services in 1999 and went through the rank and file - a fundamental requirement laid down by his father for all his children joining the company. The strict routine in fact hardened Davies' resolve to make good in his trade and craft. As the elder of two boys, Davies took on the role of continuing his father's business when the senior Victor Teo left to build his fortune in The Philippines in the early 2000s. Supported by his elder sister, Shirley and younger brother Richard, he quickly took over the reins and through hard work and early tribulations, transformed E-TECH into a thriving enterprise, following a privatization exercise. A father of two young and lovely daughters, Davies graduated from Singapore Polytechnic in 1996 with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. He also earned a Specialist Diploma in M&E in 2010 from BCA Academy. A certified Thermographer, Davies has an intimate interest in portrait & landscape photography, earning praise from many for his imaging works. Outside work, Davies is a model family man and dedicates much of his leisure time with his wife and children indulging in a family's pastime, Muay Thai, the traditional Thai boxing and sparring fitness pursuit.

Li Chin King is a long-time employee of E-TECH with more than 15 years working experience in the air-conditioning business. A Malaysian, "King" is popularly known as "king" by his colleagues and customers alike. He is soft spoken and always with a ready smile, endearing him to even the most demanding clients or business associates. King embarked on his M&E career soon after arrival in Singapore and specialized in air conditioning repair and installation works. Today, he leads a team of air con technicians and handles major projects ranging from simple maintenance & repair services to providing the whole spectrum of consultancy, installation/replacement of entire air con system, fabrication, technology integration, project management, testing and commissioning. King maintains a low profile due to his unassuming nature but is very attentive to his job demands, especially with E-TECH's customers and suppliers. He clocks close to 20 years of service with our company although he left briefly some years ago to pursue his own interests. Today, King is a familiar face amongst our 200-strong work-force and a steady member of our Team.

Richard Teo, 42 years of age, is also no stranger to E-TECH Building Services. Like his elder sibling Davies, he virtually "grew up" in the premises of his father's workshop. Determined to acquire greater domain knowledge in M&E, he enrolled for a part-time Diploma course in mechanical Engineering after obtaining his Nitec Certificate in Electrical power and machine. Richard started to work in E-TECH in 1997, two years earlier than his brother, having developed a passion in his father's growing business. The early days were hard and trying as he had to prove himself in the company. He quickly assimilated into his role and picked up new skills and business traits in the course of his work. His diligence, determination and good nature are attributes well appreciated by customers who reward E-TECH with repeat work and recommendation of new clients. Married with two daughters and a son, Richard is not someone who rests on his laurels. To improve his credentials, he continued to garner new skills and knowledge in recent years. He completed the GMM course (Green Mark Manager) and acquired a wide spectrum of BCA certifications, amongst others. He also attended the "Certified Quality Technician" course conducted by Singapore Quality Institute (SQI) at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 2001. Collectively, these qualifications serve ETECH well in bidding for more prestigious and high-end projects.

Shirley Teo is the driving force behind E-TECH Building Services. As the eldest of the Teo siblings, she was inspired to lead and spearhead much of the company's business strategies and financial matters. Trained from a tender age to run a business from her entrepreneur father, she has a strong nose to sniff out even the most remote opportunities. With a protective nature, Shirley remains very close to her younger siblings, often going the extra mile to secure the best for them in any situation. Shirley graduated with a Diploma in Business Administration, validated by the University of Oxford, UK. She entered the workforce as a Sales Coordinator in an American Multi National Corporation (MNC) and within 2 years, was promoted to Senior Sales Coordinator taking charge of both local & overseas markets. As E-TECH grew, Shirley was naturally roped in to help out in the burgeoning scope of business which now includes F&B and Hostel management. Once onboard, she took care of the Hostel sector as well as E-TECH's Accounting and Finance Department. Within the span of three short years, she expanded the Hostel business into a lucrative venture with two large sites with over 1,000 overseas students. Today, Shirley assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer and doubles up as Director of Administration and Human resource (HR). To prepare for her enlarged role, Shirley correspondingly enrolled for a series of WSQ (Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications) courses in Human Resources and a QEHS Internal Auditor Course.

Victor Teo, 67 years old, is the Founder of E-TECH Building Services which he started as a sole proprietor in 1990 with a small capital and only two workers. He was only 14 when he first arrived in Singapore in 1966 with his parents and younger sister from Muar, Malaysia, armed with virtually nothing but a bagful of hopes. He decided that learning a trade was the only way to make it in life, so he joined an electrical subcontracting firm Lim Hua Electrical Construction in 1967. Over the ensuing years, he sharpened his skills in the trade and became an Assistant Section Head at Meritus Mandarin Hotel in Orchard Road. In 1987 he joined Furama City View Hotel as Duty Engineer, a quantum leap in his career since crossing the Causeway two decades earlier. Subsequently he made his mark at Oriental Hotel, also as a Duty Engineer, but now much more confident and assertive. Whilst working at Oriental Hotel, Victor set up M&E firm, E-TECH Building Services in 1990. A cautious man, he held on to his job at Oriental Hotel for another four years before taking the plunge by leaving his stable job and running E-TECH full-time. That was the start of the E-TECH story. With his hard work, the business took off and he was able to rope in his children to help run the business when they were ready. Making Singapore his home, Victor today has gone into the back seat but still reports for work every day. He is still involved in some aspects of the business but his primary role is now largely one of a mentorship - when his advice is necessary for the company. A grandfather of 5 grandchildren, Victor can now sit back and smell the roses, having built E-TECH Building Services from scratch.
