Formally incorporated in 2016, and originally set up as a single-family office for the Feiler family, East Gate Alliance's expertise in the commercial real estate space comes from a substantial amount of time owning and managing its own portfolio of properties while simultaneously growing the family's former medical business, Dimensional Management, which was founded in 1978. In April of 2016, the Feiler family and its business partners sold Dimensional Management and its many multi-state subsidiary businesses to Waud Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm...
