Antony is a planning consultant with over 16 years experience working as a town planner and property advisor on complex projects.
Daisy has eight years of experience working on a range of planning projects in both Victoria and New Zealand. She has experience in assessing and preparing development applications for mixed-use projects, commercial projects, and greenfield subdivisions.
Karman has 10 years experience in office management, account management, and customer service. She has worked within a diverse range of industries including events and entertainment, logistical services and the arts.
She has a passion for volunteering in projects related to Education and Indigenous Australian. Karman is delighted to apply her skills and experience to support Echelon's team and their clients in their endeavors to deliver services that consider all aspects of making great towns and cities.
Kate is studying a Master of Urban Planning and has over three years of local and international experience working for architecture firms. She excels at conducting planning research, preparing planning applications and plan making.
Mark has over 30 years of experience in the planning and development sector. He has held senior positions in both state and local government, as well as in the property industry.
Michelle possesses a strong foundation in statutory planning developed through 7 years of working in urban and regional Councils on a range of complex planning permit applications and appearing at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) and the Building Appeals Board (BAB).

Oliver joined Echelon Planning as an Urban Planner in March 2020.
He possesses a diverse skillset in urban planning, mapping, research and document production and he has worked on a range of Echelon projects, including master planned greenfield communities, infill apartment developments, and local and state government strategic planning documents.
Sarah has over 15 years of experience on a broad range of planning projects in Victoria, Tasmania and New Zealand. She has equal expertise in strategic and development approval planning, giving her the ability to advise clients on any aspect of their projects.
Sarah has nearly 20 years experience in urban planning, working with major developers, investors and government agencies on projects across Victoria.
