Charlie Boldt

As a Development Associate, Charlie is responsible for the financial analysis and due diligence of Echo's prospective projects. Prior to joining Echo, Charlie was an associate for a Chicago area real estate consulting and advisory firm, where he focused on the acquisition, management, and disposition of parking assets on behalf of institutional investors, such as Brookfield Properties, Beacon Capital, Carr Properties, Goldman Sachs, Hudson Pacific Properties, Tishman Speyer, JP Morgan, and Unico Properties. During his time there, Charlie actively managed a portfolio of parking assets valued at over $350M and provided transaction support by underwriting office, retail, and mixed-use parking facilities valued at over $575M in first and second-tier MSAs. Additionally, he provided advisory services to determine the financial viability and design feasibility of parking assets under development and evaluated RFPs for technology installations and parking facility management on behalf of his clients. Claire Nash - COO

Claire enhances Echo's versatile skill set with her strong background in real estate marketing and account management. Before joining the team, she led the creative and strategic proposal-presentation process for a corporate real estate firm. She currently plans and implements Echo's property marketing. Always exploring innovative, new ways to present options with focus and visual impact, she custom-designs all marketing materials, including a detailed offering memorandum. David Kurtz - VP

As Vice President at Echo Real Estate Capital, Inc. David oversees all financial analysis, due diligence and under- writing of potential projects as well as property and asset management of Echo's portfolio of assets. David's career began in architecture before transitioning to real estate where his roles have included investment sales, leasing, portfolio and asset management and property redevelopment across all property types. He has spent most of his career working in private equity acquiring and repositioning real estate across the country. During his career, David has repositioned over 1 Million SF of non-performing and under-performing properties to achieve significant returns to investors. Most recently David managed a 550,000 SF portfolio of Class A power centers located on the East and West coasts for a Chicago based family office. Prior to this, David worked in SE Florida for a private equity firm focused on commercial real estate debt and nonperforming real estate with average assets under management of nearly $100 Million. David joined Echo in 2018 bringing over 10 years' experience in property repositioning, management and analysis. He is a long-time volunteer in community housing programs such as Habitat for Humanity and Rebuilding Together. Jonathan J. Boyajian

Kaelin Kwiatkowski - CMO

Kaelin joins the Echo team and brings with her years of marketing knowledge. Kaelin's experience ranges from national campaigns to local guerilla marketing techniques. Her expertise is in account management and enhancing social media brands. At Echo, Kaelin develops all marketing initiatives and creative materials. With a drive to stay ahead of the curve, she is constantly looking for areas of opportunity. Kaelin graduated from Eastern Illinois University where she took part in multiple organizations. She held the president position of the American Marketing Association as well as the fraternal honors organization, Order of Omega. Kaelin also interned with the EIU Athletic Department and helped coordinate the marketing efforts during the football, basketball and baseball seasons. Kyle Gordon

Prior to joining Echo, Kyle was an analyst for a Chicago area real estate investment and management firm, where he focused on the acquisition and management of multi-family value add assets. He also spent considerable time working for a suburban Chicago family office, specializing in the redevelopment and disposition of single and multi-family assets. Kyle graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a Master's degree in Real Estate. While there, he was also a member of the DePaul Real Estate Club. Oliver Plotkin

As a principal of Echo, Oliver is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, project management, leasing and supporting other members of the Echo team in various facets of the acquisition and development process. Oliver has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, project management, corporate tenant rollout/growth strategy, as well as landlord and tenant representation. Prior to joining Echo in the Spring of 2021, Oliver served as Principal for OP Realty where he assisted a national optical retailer emerge from bankruptcy and scale to over 80 locations in roughly eight months, as well as focused his efforts on acquiring in-fill retail and mixed-use assets. Prior to that, Oliver was the Vice President of Retail Properties for Klaff Realty, LP which has $1B of assets under management. He was responsible for sourcing new acquisition opportunities as well as managing redevelopment projects. Oliver began his real estate career as a retail tenant and landlord broker in the Chicago MSA. Oliver resides in the northern suburbs of Chicago with his wife and three young sons.
