Anurag Gupta founded Electrospark in 2018 before that he conceived Micro Coils & Refrigeration Pvt Ltd in 2014 after he observed the gap between demand and supply of heat exchangers in the industry and the lack of custom design support being provided to customers. He has over 16-years of experience in the industry in diverse fields including sales, marketing, operations, market research etc. Prior to Electro Spark, Anurag has held leadership positions in various leading multinationals like Motherson, Federal, Minda and Mogul. Anurag is a leader who believes in offering the highest quality of products and services to the world through unconventional means by leveraging technology in a sutainable way and utilizing human potential.He received his Engineer degree from MSRIT, Bangalore and has completed MBA from IIFT, New Delhi, India. He is a travel enthusiat and enjoys listening to music in free time.

Manoj Kapoor is associated with Electrospark in 2018, before that he was co-founder of Microcoils with Anurag Gupta in 2004. He has played a crucial role in the growth and expansion of the organization. Manoj comes with a rich experience of over 25-years in the HVACR industry, having worked in leadership roles with large multinationals like Emerson Climate Technologies. An engineer by qualification, Manoj is process oriented and very particular about using the best quality machines and best quality raw materials, to ensure the best quality products for his customers. He is a hands-off leader who also intricately cares for his team members. Apart from work, he enjoys driving and spending time with his two boys.
