Bronwen recently joined our team early 2023 and brings a wealth of knowledge through her previous dental and psychology experience, chair side assisting and receptionist duties. In her downtime, she is often outdoors with her family hiking or swimming.
Being a mother to a teenage daughter, Bronwen likes being part of a team that brings women's health to the forefront in all age groups, and she takes particular interest in the alternative options our clinic offers to women through the various stages of their lives.

Dr Jessup is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) after completing undergraduate training at the Royal Women's Hospital in Melbourne. She studied further as a Fellow in Reproductive medicine and Endocrinology for three years before going on to achieve a Masters of Reproductive Medicine (UNSW). Advanced laparoscopic surgery and as well as general gynaecological surgery was a focus of her subspecialty training. She has attended training courses in Harley St, London with the European Society of Cosmetic Gynaecology ESAG and also with the International Cosmetic Gynaecology Conference (ICGC), UAE, Dubai. As a fertility and IVF specialist, Dr Jessup has personally managed thousands of IVF and fertility cycles at both corporate and small IVF Clinics and now sees her Fertility patients through Shire IVF based at Miranda.
The Elsa Clinic also treats women with a carefully considered selection of some of the newest devices and technologies available worldwide to assist women to achieve the same quality of life they enjoyed prior children and after menopause. Dr Jessup considers the initial consultation as mandatory for women to obtain the correct treatment for their specific symptoms or problems. This includes a thorough history, examination, ultrasound scan, infection screening, blood and urine tests. Based on the results of the initial workup, clients are advised whether their individual situation would be best treated medically, surgically or whether they would be well suited to treatment with one of the newer specialised non-surgical options.
Dr Sonya Jessup is a female surgical gynaecologist and fertility specialist who has been working in her specialty fields for over 15 years. In 2019 she set up The Elsa Clinic, a functional and aesthetic gynaecology clinic to provide not only an excellence in routine gynaecology care, but additionally to acknowledge and assist women in their desire for personal satisfaction with their sexual appearance and sexual function.
Nicola joined our team in July 2021. She has a Diploma in nursing and is currently studying her Bachelor of Nursing part time and is set to complete her degree in mid 2024. Nicola has also completed various courses in natural fertility education through Online Training.
Nicola has a strong interest in all aspects of women's health, she is extremely caring and compassionate and prides herself on proving the individual support each patient requires throughout their journeys.
Tania joined our team mid 2020 as a part time receptionist and brings her compassion and empathy from her early childcare educator background. Throughout this time, she has now completed her Diploma and plays an indispensable part of the clinic's day to day running and management.
Tania has a keen interest in women's health, especially in PCOS and fertility. With these interests, Tania prides herself on providing the support, knowledge and understanding face throughout the patient's treatments alongside Dr Jessup's knowledge and experience.
