Glenn Goldstein leads the Clean Path NY project and energyRe's NY work which includes, overseeing large scale infrastructure and generation projects. With over 25 years of experience in development and complex legal matters, Mr. Goldstein bring expertise to every element of the development process, including site acquisition and planning approvals, financing, construction, design, leasing, and property management.
As President of Related Retail, Glenn A. Goldstein, in conjunction with other Related principals, was instrumental in the development of the 650,000-leasable-square-foot Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards. One of New York City's premier locations for fashion and dining, Hudson Yards has set a new benchmark for shopping in a dynamic, mixed-used setting.
Prior to his work at Hudson Yards, Glenn led the development of several large-scale retail destinations including Gateway Center phases I and II, with over 1.2 million square feet of retail in East New York, Brooklyn, NY; the Bronx Terminal Market, offering one million square feet of retail directly adjacent to the Major Deegan Highway and minutes from Yankee Stadium in Bronx, NY; College Point Retail Center, a 330,000 square foot shopping center in College Point, Queens, NY; Clifton Commons, a 450,000 square foot retail and entertainment complex in Clifton NJ; The Hub Office and Retail Complex in Bronx, NY, a 172,000 square foot office and retail development.
Mr. Goldstein received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University School of Law.

Jeff T. Blau is Chairman of energyRe.
He also serves as CEO and a partner of Related Companies. As Chairman and a Founding Partner of energyRe, Mr. Blau led the recruitment of the company's executive management team, and continues to oversee the company's foundational, nation-leading renewable energy projects - Clean Path NY and Leading Light Wind. Clean Path NY is the largest renewable energy infrastructure project in the United States and is an $11 billion transmission-led development, comprised of a 175-mile underground transmission line and 3,800 MW of solar and wind generation. Leading Light Wind, is a $6 billion, off-shore wind project in the New York Bight.
At Related Companies, for the past 25+ years he has been responsible for directing and overseeing new developments worth over $60 billion in virtually every sector of the real estate industry. In his position as CEO, he is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, overall management of the firm, the pursuit of new development opportunities and corporate acquisitions and financing activities across all business platforms. Mr. Blau serves on the Board of Directors of Equinox Holdings, Inc., the Central Park Conservancy, the New York City Partnership Fund, Robin Hood, Urban Land Institute, Association for a Better New York, Union Square Partnership, Real Estate Roundtable, The Wharton Graduate School, The University of Michigan, Trinity School, and The Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Miguel Prado is Chief Executive Officer of energyRe.
Mr. Prado oversees the management and expansion of energyRe's generation and transmission assets to meet the growing demand for reliable, resilient and responsive renewable energy solutions with domestic sources that create economic and community benefits in American cities.
Mr. Prado joins energyRe from EDP Renewables, a global leader in the renewable energy sector and the world's fourth largest producer of wind energy, where he most recently served as CEO of North America. Under his leadership, EDPR NA tripled its growth, and quadrupled the value of the company's publicly traded shares. Mr. Prado was a key driver of the company's growth to the 4th largest wind generation company in the world. Mr. Prado managed EDPR's 1,000 U.S. based employees, and oversaw the company's 8.8 GWs of renewable projects under management, more than $11 billion of assets and a development pipeline of more than 15 GWs. As CEO, Mr. Prado was a member of the global management committee and oversaw corporate procurement. In his 19-year tenure with EDP renewables, Mr. Prado also held the title of Head of Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions investing more than $18B in significant acquisitions in 14 different countries.
Mr. Prado holds PhD in Business and Management from the University of Oviedo and Bradford, UK and an Executive MBA from Instituto de Empresa, Madrid, Spain.

Pedro A Pereira is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Business Development Officer of energyRe.
Mr. Pereira directs energyRe's corporate development activities, managing investments and financing to meet the growing demand for renewable energy solutions, overseeing the company's strategy & planning functions, and advancing the management and expansion of the corporate areas across the different business platforms.
Prior to joining energyRe, Mr. Pereira was the Global Head of Business Development and a member of the Investment Committee at EDP Renewables. In these roles, Mr. Pereira led the vision and strategy definition for new markets with the implementation of the company's international growth platform, all international M&A activities, and global or regional partnerships. During his tenure, this new business development organization allowed EDPR to double its worldwide footprint and establish a new growth platform for Asia following the successful acquisition of a S$1.1 billion pan-Asian utility-scale and distributed-generation solar company. Mr. Pereira also served as the Director of Finance at EDP Renewables North America - having originated and executed $4.0 billion of tax equity investments and project financings in the US, Canada and Mexico. Mr. Pereira has also held various positions in investment banking M&A advisory in Europe.
Mr. Pereira is a Civil Engineer graduate from University of Lisbon's IST and holds an MBA from the Nova School of Business and Economics with an extension at UCLA Anderson School of Management. He has also completed several executive education courses at Harvard Business School and Rice University's Jones School of Business.

Ryan Brown serves as Chief Operating Officer of energyRe.
Prior to joining energyRe Ryan was Executive Vice President of EDP Renewables North America (EDPR NA) for the Eastern Region, Mexico, and Canada. In his role, Ryan led the company's business in eastern MISO, PJM, NYISO, ISO-NE, the southeast, Mexico, and Canada, as well as oversaw Government & Regulatory Affairs for the platform. He was also a member of EDPR NA's seven-person Executive Team and a board member of Mayflower Wind, a Shell and Ocean Winds offshore wind farm joint venture.
Ryan was responsible for a region that successfully developed 33 wind and solar projects totaling nearly 4,300 megawatts (MW) in operation or under construction and built a robust project pipeline to deliver additional growth.
Prior to joining EDPR NA, then Horizon Wind Energy, in 2008, Ryan worked in the Office of Energy Development (OED) for the State of Indiana, where he managed Indiana's Governor-designated state energy office. Ryan also has previous work experience in investment banking as well as in the non-profit sector in Mexico and Ecuador.
Ryan received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago in 2001 and has completed executive education courses at the University of Chicago and Rice University in Houston.
