Andreas Loizou is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Exclusive Capital. Andreas is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and currently holds Advanced Certificates in Fund Administration and Investment Management through the local regulator, CySEC. He has earned a degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Buckingham, and an MBA in Banking Management from the University of Exeter, UK. Over the past two decades, he has served as Senior Auditor for PwC, Head of Fund Administration Services for one of the largest fiduciary service providers in Cyprus, and has been Financial Controller and Executive Director in various regulated entities.

Dr Petropoulos holds a MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance from City University London as well as a PhD in Shipping from the University of Piraeus, Greece. Dr Petropoulos has over 30 years of experience in the Shipping industry holding key positions including 10 years as an Economic Officer in the department of Merchant Shipping for the Cyprus Ministry of Communication and Works. Currently Dr Petropoulos is a Managing Director for a business consulting firm located in Cyprus. Throughout his career Dr Petropoulos has attended various conferences and forums as a key speaker and panelist.

Giorgos Hadjinicodemou is currently in charge of the Special Projects Division at Exclusive Capital, bringing 10 years of experience and a proven track record in the financial industry. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Cyprus and an MSc in Economics & Econometrics from the University of Essex (UK). Giorgos served as Portfolio Manager, building and managing several algorithmic strategies, and as Head of Dealing in various Investment Firms in Cyprus. He is an Instructor of Technical Analysis and a member of the Society of Technical Analysts of the UK with an MSTA (diploma) designation. Giorgos is also a holder of the Advanced Professional Competency Certificate for all investment services issued by CySEC.

Omeros holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Essex UK, and a MBA in Finance and a D.I.C. in Management from Imperial College London UK. He is also a member of the Society of Technical Analysts of the UK with a MSTA designation (Diploma in Technical Analysis) and a holder of the Advanced Professional Competency Certificate for all investment services issued by CySEC. He brings in excess of twenty one years of experience in the field of Asset Management, Investments and Finance. Omeros has previously served as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of financial services firms in Cyprus and Australia and as the Investment Manager and Business Development Manager of an international well established insurance company located in Cyprus. He also held several managerial positions in investment firms in Cyprus, focusing on wealth management and product development.

Tom Bartela has 18 years of progressive experience in private banking management and financial advisory services, including at such companies as JPMorgan Chase and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith (Bank of America). Tom practiced in the USA through his FINRA/NASD licenses and is currently certified by CySEC for Advanced Investments. Tom has led projects and initiatives through various positions, including those of Head of Private Banking and Portfolio Manager. He is also a registered MCSI at the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment as well as a Member of the Cyprus Economic Society. In addition, he is a recognized leader in stakeholder advocacy, strategic planning, and wealth management. Tom has an MBA in Operations Management and holds a Six Sigma (Process Improvement) Green Belt designation.
