Carol earned a BA in communications and served in the pioneer days of Contemporary Christian Music at a suburban Chicago radio station. She also served as Marketing Manager, Copywriter and Marketing Director at David C. Cook in Chicago and Colorado Springs, and at Strang Communications in Orlando.
Carol enjoys connecting each client with the best audience and positions each one with personalized copy on our Exceed websites. She and her husband also shared over 15 years of Church ministry in SW Florida churches before moving back to Colorado Springs to be closer to their adult sons and families.

Over the past 30+ years Daryll has embraced the entrepreneurial spirit starting and running many businesses and ministries. Happily married for 28+ years to Thesa, they have two grown daughters and one granddaughter. From 2002 - 2020 Daryll was captain of Redemption Prison Ministry soccer team that went into prisons around the U.S. and played against the prison teams and shared the gospel and discipled inmates. Daryll is reformed in his theology, so he does love a good cigar and scotch while studying the Bible (wink).

David Bolthouse is a marketing veteran and 30-year consultant to schools, rehabs, publishers, and nonprofit organizations. He has specific expertise in working with online search engines and online marketing development. He has provided strategic counsel and full-service creative, tactical, and strategic marketing and advertising support to residential programs worldwide. David is a National Merit Scholar and Magna Cum Laude graduate of Spring Arbor University with a major in Business Administration and Computer Science, then the Master of Science in Administration (MSA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs of Central Michigan University and University of Michigan, respectively.

Karl Schaller is a marketing/fundraising veteran and 30-year consultant to schools, rehabs, publishers, and nonprofit organizations. In recent years, he worked as a marketing and brand consultant with several national agencies. He has served such organizations as The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Compassion International, Focus on the Family, Cru, David C. Cook, and dozens more, He has a bachelors degree from Loyola University, Master's Cum Laude Degree in Marketing Communications from Wheaton College and the MBA marketing program of the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He just celebrated his 40 th anniversary with his wife Karen, and they have four grown children, Karl Jr, Katie, Kayla, and Kent, with seven grandchildren under six years old! They live in Colorado Springs. Karl enjoys trail running in the local Rocky Mountain trails.
Kayla studied at Bible colleges in Spain and England getting to explore many European countries during that time. She and her husband, Evan, have two lively toddler boys and a teenage son. She has been a part of the Exceed team since 2020, enjoying the challenges of SEO work and assisting great ministries. Her life is a happy mix of family, travel and work, tackling it all with a lot of enthusiasm.
Kylan Kincaid is Exceed's most recent addition. He has stepped in as the third account executive on the team. As a dreamer and connector at heart, most of his experience has been in the mission field. Though, Kylan also has a background in marketing and design working with clients such as Non-profits, medical societies, and even national cyber security. After traveling the world and connecting with different cultures Kylan has decided to further explore the intersection of faith and finance as his interest in search engine optimization and brand identity has grown.

Matthew Harbert is Exceed's lead web tech and systems manager. He brings over 15 years of web development experience to the team. He manages a crew of freelance programmers that are assigned specific tasks for our clients' projects. His skills include both backend PHP and MySQL work, HTML, CSS, jquery and javascript, plus eCommerce and websites with live chat applications and database interactions. Matthew can discuss in plain English what you want with a website and what you want it to do. Matthew holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from West Virginia University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Since joining the team in 2022, Shyanne has served over 25 clients and their websites, applying her skills to optimize SEO and SEM strategies while enhancing overall site traffic. Shyanne's proactive approach and dedication to her clients have resulted in impressive success. A native of Colorado, Shyanne enjoys time with her husband, toddler, and another kiddo on the way. Aside from her role at Exceed, she's also a professional photographer in love with capturing life's important moments.
Thesa is a versatile individual, serving as a meticulous bookkeeper for EOM. She is also a dedicated nutritional coach, and the proud owner of a successful cleaning business. Beyond her professional pursuits, she energizes the local community with a weekly swing dance event. Thesa's compassionate side shines through in her role as a caretaker for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), while her artistic flair is evident as a professional vocalist known as "ThesaLynn" on all music streaming services, and she graces the stage annually with the Glen Eryie Madrigal every December. Celebrating 28 years of marriage, she and her spouse have raised two children, welcomed a grandchild, and anticipate the arrival of another. Thesa's life is a harmonious blend of professional success, artistic expression, and a loving family.
