Mr. O'Malley is a General Partner of Inflection Point Ventures in Wellesley MA. He previously managed the venture capital investment program of MDT Advisers, Inc., in Cambridge, MA. Earlier in his career, he was a member of the senior investment team at Massachusetts Technology Development Corporation (MTDC), Boston, MA. Mr. O'Malley earned a J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law, an M.B.A. from Babson College, and a Bachelor's degree from Colby College. Mr. O'Malley serves on numerous boards of portfolio companies.

Michael Walsh

Michael Walsh leads business development work at Exogenesis and serves as a general manager of Exogenesis semiconductor spin-off, Neutral Physics Corp. Mike has over 25 years of experience managing the development, manufacturing, global deployment and support of leading edge capital equipment systems in semiconductor and related industries. His prior experience includes companies such as Axcelis, Epion, and TEL, among others. Mike is a co-author of numerous papers and patents related to Exogenesis technology.

Mike Powell - Chairman

Mike has over 25 years of experience in financial markets. Until 2008, he was Global Head of Markets at HSBC, where he ran all Trading, Sales and Origination for one of the largest banks in the world. This position covered over 80 countries with more than 3500 staff globally and revenues in excess of $8 billion. Mike was made a Group General Manager of HSBC in 2006; one of the Top 50 senior executive positions in HSBC. After leaving HSBC Mike acted as a consultant to a wide range of contacts; advising HSBC on their investments in Hedge Funds and Hedge Fund startups and sitting on HSBC's Principal Investment Committee as a non-executive advisor for 18 months. Mike has a strong interest in technology. In 2008 Mike established Thematic Capital Partners which has invested in technology and web based companies. He has a strong interest in bringing technology to the financial markets, in particular the application of social networks, trading systems and IT solutions for Hedge Funds. Currently Mike is a non-executive director of Jadwa, a Saudi based investment bank and chairs their investment committee. Mike is a director of PCE Investors a London based Hedge Fund and Chairman of Thematic Networks. Mike has an MBA from Henley Business School.

Vicki Kharucky

Ms Kharucky spent the first half of her career in banking and financial markets servicing a broad range of institutional clients and asset managers in Australia, Hong Kong and United Kingdom across capital market products. She now works predominantly with a number of technology companies in both the hardware and software space and advise them on how to scale. Ms Kharucky also sits on a number of boards.

Yin-Man Tang

Mr. Tang has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry as a fund manager and as an investment strategist, and has managed unit trusts, pension trusts as well as multi-strategy hedge fund assets. He was previously Investment Strategist at Lord Rothschild's listed investment trust and his philanthropy asset management company in the UK. Mr. Tang is also currently the Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited (HKSE listed), a subsidiary of PCCW Limited, principally engaged in the development and management of premium property and infrastructure projects, as well as investment in premium-grade buildings in the Asia-Pacific region.
