As Managing Partner of Faros Properties, Alexander is responsible for repositioning, asset management, and leasing. A Boston native, he earned his B.S. degree in Management from Bentley University in Waltham, MA. Prior to joining Faros, Alexander was a Managing Partner of the investment arm of Boston Realty Advisors and worked at Jones Lang LaSalle and RM Bradley Real Estate. Alexander is on the Board of Trustees at the New England Aquarium, sits on the Board of Directors for the Norman B. Leventhal Map and Education Center at the Boston Public Library, and is an Advisors Council Member at WGBH Boston. In 2013, Alexander was presented with the Forty under Forty Rising Star award from the Business Council of Westchester.

Bradley Ott is the Vice President of Commercial Operations of Faros Properties. In this role he is responsible for property operations, asset financial performance, construction, and related businesses. Prior to joining Faros Properties, he managed the EQT Corporation facilities department and worked for a national construction management company. Bradley earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and his Master of Business Administration from DeSales University. Bradley works out of the Pittsburgh office.

Danielle Kaplan is the Senior Associate of Investor Reporting and Communications at Faros. In her role, Danielle manages investor relations and works to effectively communicate firm strategy, financial performance, and other key messaging to potential and existing investors. Danielle previously provided legal counsel to community associations, including condominiums, and multifamily property owners. Danielle studied English and Economics at Emory University, from which she graduated in 2013. She then earned her Juris Doctor with Honors from Emory University School of Law in 2016. She is based in Atlanta.

As the Vice President of Residential Operations for Faros Properties, Deborah Roberts is responsible for all operational aspects of the Faros Residential Assets. Deborah launched her real estate career with Amore Management Company in 1990 where she spent 15 years supervising 15 assets in four different states. She then accepted an opportunity with McCaffery Interests at the Cork Factory working as the liaison between owners, partners, and the general contractor during construction. Deborah's hard work and expertise in the development phase advanced her to the General Manager position, where she saw the project through lease-up and stabilization. Deborah studied real estate at Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh and has held a PA real estate license as well as NALP, CAM, CPO and Core 24 designations. Deborah is based out of the Atlanta office.
Elliot Gould oversees property operations, management, and construction as Managing Partner at Faros Properties. Originally from Boston, he attended New York University. He began his career with Winn Development, Cummings Properties, and Archstone Communities in residential property management and leasing. He is on the board of Heading Home, a non-profit that provides emergency, transitional and permanent housing and support services to the low-income homeless in the Boston area. Elliot also serves on the Next Gen Disabilities Housing Initiative for Combined Jewish Philanthropies.

As Director of Human Resources at Faros Properties, Kathleen Stalkie is responsible for overseeing all Human Resources needs across the portfolio including policies and procedures, employee relations, culture initiatives, compliance, benefits, and talent acquisition. Kathleen attended Pennsylvania State University. Prior to joining Faros she worked at a NYC-based real estate company, Hampshire Properties, as their Director of HR and has spent time at various NYC start-ups, building HR departments from the ground up. Kathleen is based out of the Pittsburgh office.
Kimberley Philbin is the General Counsel of Faros Properties. In this role she is responsible for all legal issues that impact the company including leasing, financing, acquisitions and sales. Prior to joining Faros Properties Kimberley was a partner at Prince Lobel Tye, a law firm in Boston. Kimberley earned her undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine and her Juris Doctor degree with distinction from the McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. Kimberley works in the Boston office.

As Vice President of Residential Acquisitions, Madison Hampden is responsible for sourcing and acquiring multifamily opportunities out of Faros' Atlanta office. Madison previously worked at Pollack Shores Real Estate Group in Atlanta, GA where he was involved in the acquisition of over $500M worth of multifamily assets. He received his Master's in Accounting in 2010 from Vanderbilt University and his Bachelor of Arts in 2009 from Washington University in St. Louis. Madison is based out of Atlanta.
As Chief Financial Officer of Faros Properties, Thomas Despres is responsible for strategic financial planning and reporting of the various properties and businesses under the Faros umbrella. Thomas received a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University. He previously worked as Chief Financial Operator of the Soffer Organization, a full-service real estate company in Pittsburgh, PA. Thomas is based in the Pittsburgh office.
