David Fuechtman oversees the Farmton operations as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Miami Corporation's Chicago office. He joined Miami Corporation in 2011 and soon after became a member of the Farmton team. David holds a Bachelor of Science from the DePaul University College of Commerce in Accountancy and a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Greg Hibbard works with the Farmton team in the Chicago office of Miami Corporation and has helped improve the technology and systems in the Farmton office. Since joining Miami Corporation in 2004, he has been responsible for many large-scale projects from rebuilding the computer infrastructure multiple times to overseeing the installation of need-specific fire prevention systems in the Chicago office. Greg received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and looks forward to continuing using his project management skills on the Farmton team.
Helen Hutchens is the Manager of Farmton located in the Chicago office of Miami Corporation. She grew up on a small farm in rural central Illinois. Helen has her Bachelors of Accountancy and her Masters of Accounting Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She passed the CPA exam in 2002 and entered public accounting where she stayed until 2009. Helen joined Miami Corporation in 2009 as a senior accountant and began working with Farmton shortly thereafter.

Mike Brown is a Florida native that came to Miami Corporation after a 20-year career in the timber industry in Florida and Georgia. His experience in land management along with wood and fiber procurement is a good fit for the day to day operations on the Farmton Tract. Mike handles the hunting, timber, and cattle ventures. He is a 1987 graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Natural Resources and Conservation.
Nikki Jasmont, a Chicago native, provides a wide range of support services to the Farmton team. A team member since 2016, Nikki holds an Associate Degree of Applied Science from Fox College. With a background in public affairs, Nikki utilizes her sharp sense of problem solving and strong attention to detail to help keep projects on track.
