Charmaine Anderson

Charmaine Anderson is a trained Systemic Family Care Practitioner who has obtained a Systemic Family Psychotherapy Training Level 2. Charmaine has extensive experience in Early Years and has obtained a BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies. Charmaine and held various management positions and is currently the Safeguarding Co-ordinator and SENCO Lead. Charmaine has over 20 years Pastoral Care experience and offers support as a Family Care Practitioner to individuals, families and couples and has obtained training in Mental Health.

Noel McLean

Noel McLean has been involved in Pastoral Care for 23 years and is a specialist in relational counselling and runs his own private practice. He has Diplomas in Counselling and Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Life Coaching and Teaching. Noel has written a counselling program for couples and wrote his first book in 2010 entitled, Internal Bleeding that addresses the psychological and emotional effects of trauma. Having gained training and qualifications in Mental Health, he also runs a regular support group called Wholesome Minds for individuals experiencing cognitive dissonance.

Philippa Madden

Job Titles:

Philippa Madden is an experienced counsellor and has obtained a BSc (Hons) as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and a Diploma as a Counselling Supervisor of individuals and groups. Philippa has fulfilled various management positions within counselling practices and currently works as a lead psychotherapist in a Prison.

Sharon McLean

Job Titles:
  • Founder of TFTC
Sharon McLean is founder of TFTC and the chair of the board. Sharon is highly experienced and widely qualified counsellor and counsels at various Practices. Sharon has obtained a MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy, Diploma in Counselling Supervision, Level 5 Diploma in Counselling, Level 2 in Mentoring, Level 1 in Mental Health, Level 1 ACC Pastoral Care and as a Teacher, a PGCE. In addition to this, Sharon has over 16 years of Pastoral Care experience from working in the community. Sharon currently lectures at Waverly and Sutton College, teaching Counselling to Level 3 and Degree students respectively.
