Agatha joined the Worcester Rural team as a Graduate Surveyor in September 2020, following the completion of her Rural Land Management (MSc) degree from the University of Reading. Agatha now looks to apply her knowledge in the Rural team, undertaking a variety of estate management and professional work.
Agatha completed her undergraduate degree in Agriculture and Business Management also at University of Reading. This included a placement year at Strutt and Parker in the east of England. Following her undergraduate degree, Agatha went back to Strutt and Parker to work in the National Farm Agency department based in London before returning to Reading to undertake her Masters.
Outside of work, Agatha can be found on the ski slopes or travelling, playing sports, horse riding and exploring the countryside!
Alasdair heads up the Residential and Rural Department for Fisher German and ensures that the best possible service is delivered to all of our clients across the geographical areas in which we operate. Alasdair is also part of the National Country Agency Team who specialise in the sale and acquisition of prime residential property, as well as agricultural property, equestrian property and estates.
Alasdair focuses the majority of his client work in a broad geographic area across the Midlands, from Rutland, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire and into Derbyshire, Staffordshire and Cheshire. He regularly handles complex property disposals and acquisitions for clients for properties offered for sale on the open market and for sale privately.
Alasdair began his agency career in prime central London in the mid-1990s before moving to the Midlands in 2004, where he has consistently worked at the top end of the market, representing Strutt & Parker and Knight Frank before joining Fisher German as a Partner in 2010.

Daniel is Head of Agency in Knutsford, where he is part of the residential sales team. Having worked in the residential market for 18 years, Daniel has experience and specialises in premium property sales including country houses, farms, development opportunities and second homes, with a focus on the affluent South Manchester, wider Cheshire and North Wales markets.
Daniel lives in Davenham with his wife, two children and dog, Betty. He enjoys attending sporting events, such as rugby and football matches with a unwavering (and unrewarding) love for Blackburn Rover FC and is known to play a defensive midfield role for a local Mobberley based 5-a-side team. In addition Daniel is a keen gardener cultivating specimen trees, soft fruits and vegetables and is a committed viewer of Gardeners World.

Hannah works for the Rural team at Fisher German based in the South West. She re-joined the firm having previously worked in the business between 2006 and 2011. Her areas of expertise include asset management, planning and development. In addition to this, Hannah has a wealth of valuation knowledge having previously specialised in valuation consultancy in the West Country for seven years at Knight Frank LLP.
Hannah is on part time secondment to an existing client based in Exeter undertaking development and disposal work. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors & a Registered Valuer as well as a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. Hannah has been referenced by a client as ‘painstakingly accurate with excellent communication skills'.

Kit is based in the Rural team in the Ashby office. Having completed an MSc in Rural Estate Management from the Royal Agricultural University, Kit is now working towards both his APC and CAAV professional qualifications.
Prior to attending Cirencester University, Kit studied at the University of Leeds, where he gained a Management degree covering all the core aspects of business management.
Outside of the office, Kit enjoys a range of sports. In particular he enjoys running and tennis, as well as being an avid skier and Leicester Tigers fan.

Susan's role involves many aspects of estate agency, primarily ensuring that clients' requirements are handled in a friendly and efficient manner and doing everything to make the home moving process an experience to remember for all the right reasons. She arranges market appraisals, viewings, sales negotiations and liaises with solicitors to progress sales swiftly and smoothly to exchange of contracts.
Susan's career in estate agency began in 1988 and her knowledge of the Chester and North Wales market is extensive to say the least. Having worked for a corporate estate agent in North Wales for 12 years, she ventured into commercial recruitment with a leading Chester agency. Whilst enjoying a successful six years in this sector, her passion for selling homes never wavered and in 2006 she returned to estate agency.
With over 25 years experience, which also includes valuing and listing property during the last 12 years, Susan is able to deal with all aspects of the sales process from beginning to end and has built strong relationships with vendors and purchasers, many of whom have become long-standing acquaintances.
Outside work, Susan enjoys her leisure time outdoors particularly walking and cycling. She also enjoys an active social life with friends and family and has a love for travelling and exploring new destinations both in the UK and abroad.
Will joined the Market Harborough Office in September 2019 after completion of his Masters in Real Estate from Sheffield Hallam University. He is now enrolled on Fisher German's APC course.
Having worked in the industry throughout his masters, he is knowledgeable in a variety of sectors including Residential Development, Valuation and Landlord & Tenant. Whilst working in the Utilities sector dealing with compensation claims, Will processed a total value of claims well in excess of £1,000,000.
Will is based within the National Utilities and Infrastructure team in the Ashby Office, working to maintain and deliver new projects on behalf of a national pipeline network. Alongside this work, he is looking forward to completing his APC training with Fisher German as well as studying for the CAAV exams.
