Luan, a fintech veteran, has built several companies to successful exit: Interactive Data Managed Solutions (IDC Acquired by Warburg Pincus and Silver Lake/ICE), Stockpoint (acquired by Dow Jones/IDC) and Quote.com (acquired by Lycos/IDC). Before joining the FinMkt team, Nathan began his career with JPMorgan's investment banking group in New York and San Francisco. During his tenure there, he worked on a variety of mergers & acquisitions and capital raising transactions with software and technology clients. In total, he has advised corporate clients on transactions valued in excess of $12 billion.
