Eric joined the company in June of 2009. Eric spent the first seven years in the field starting out as a laborer, then an equipment operator and eventually a foreman. In 2017 Eric moved into the office to work with the estimating department, managing the technology used in the field and managing the soil stabilization division. Eric is currently the Vice President overseeing all aspects of F. G. Pruitt.
Ian joined F. G. Pruitt in 2016. Starting as a CDL driver, Ian worked his way into operating equipment and eventually becoming a foreman. As a foreman, he managed VDOT roadway construction, and multi-family residential and commercial warehouse projects. As a project manager, he looks forward to providing the same hard work and dedication as he supports field operations.
Jay has been a part of F. G. Pruitt his whole life. Jay has transitioned from field operations to General Superintendent assisting with all field activities.
John came to F.G. Pruitt as a heavy equipment mechanic with 17 years' experience. He graduated from Randolph Macon in 2012, but would continue in the mechanic field until he came into the office in January of 2022 to assist with the estimating and GPS modeling.
Started in the construction industry in 1990 working at a local construction equipment dealership working his way from parts and service up to various sales and supervisory roles. He left the equipment side in 2007 and started estimating and project managing for a local construction company and moved to F.G. Pruitt in 2014 as a full-time project manager.
Mike joined F.G. Pruitt in 1999. He has over 24 years of experience in site work development, with 22 years of estimating and project management solely at F.G. Pruitt. Mike has extensive estimating experience with commercial, residential, distribution, municipal and industrial site development. Mike has transitioned into holding the Vice President position continuing to focus on estimating. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology with a specialty in the Engineering Geosciences from Radford University.
Rusty joined F. G. Pruitt in May 2022. Previously, Rusty worked in the equipment and landscape construction industry. As a project manager, Rusty will be focusing on customer relations and managing projects in the central Virginia area. Rusty looks forward to working on the civil side of the industry.
Trey joined F. G. Pruitt full time in 2004. He worked his way up through all field activities. Trey is currently the General Superintendent overseeing all field activities.
