With a longtime interest in family law, Ana came to RFB + Fisher Potter Hodas after working at a prominent boutique family and business litigation firm in Miami, which focused on family law and business litigation in state and federal courts throughout Florida and nationwide. Prior to, Ana worked at Children's Legal Services for the Department of Children and Families, and the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida's Domestic Violence Division.
At Children's Legal Services, Ana represented the State of Florida in dependency and termination of parental rights proceedings. Ana was responsible for managing a high caseload and regularly presented cases in court hearings. Ana also handled multiple Dependency Adjudication and Termination of Parental Rights trials. He now focuses his practice on matrimonial actions presenting complex valuation, jurisdictional, accounting, and fraud issues.
He is presently lead counsel for clients in New York City, Silicon Valley, and Palm Beach, in complex matters with amounts in controversy exceeding $1 billion.

Mr. Farley started his career as a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. After leaving Cravath, he became an associate and eventually an equity partner at Goodwin Procter LLP. He defended a hedge fund portfolio manager in connection with an alleged $275 million insider trading scheme, the largest of its kind ever prosecuted. He represented a private equity fund in connection with an accounting fraud dispute arising from the $550 million sale of a specialty pharmaceutical distributor, the board and certain officers of Lyondell-Basell in the wake of its bankruptcy, and CreXus Investment Corporation in a landmark decision in the Maryland courts over "insider"-driven, go-private transactions. He defended Macerich against a $21 billion hostile takeover by its largest competitor. And he served as general outside litigation counsel to a healthcare private equity fund, where he acted as lead counsel in a post-closing dispute that ended in a three-week, 21-witness arbitration and a complete victory for his client-including a multi-million-dollar award of legal and expert witness fees.

Peter Bronstein has been practicing matrimonial law in New York City since 1968. In 1974, he became the youngest ever Chair of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Family Law Section.
Mr. Bronstein is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Southern District of New York, and the Commonwealth of Virginia and from time to time has been admitted to try cases in other states.
Mr. Bronstein has lectured on topics concerning matrimonial law before various groups for Bar Associations, International groups, and public service groups including among others the New York City Bar Association (City Bar), the NYSBA, the Westchester County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Practicing Law Institute, and the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association. He has written articles that have appeared, among other places, in the New York Law Journal (the first one in June of 1968 and as recently as February 2023), the NYSBA Journal, and the American Bar Association's Family Law Quarterly and the Syracuse Law Review. A great believer in the art of negotiation, Mr. Bronstein created and sponsored the Bronstein Negotiation Institute at the University of Virginia for over 15 years. He volunteers his time to the NY Supreme Court Matrimonial Neutral Evaluation Program where he is appointed as a mediator by matrimonial judges.
Mr. Bronstein is a founder (in 1986) of the IAML (now called the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL)) which has grown to have members in 45 countries, meaning that he is likely to know a lawyer in most jurisdictions where clients might have issues. Sandra served as law clerk to Judge Alphons Orie of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. She was granted the Planethood Foundation Fellowship through which she served as law clerk for Justice Benjamin Mutanga Itoe and Justice Pierre Boutet of the Special Court for Sierra Leone.

Prior to joining Rottenstreich Farley Bronstein Fisher Potter Hodas LLP, Trevor Pirro was a litigation associate in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP. There, he focused on commercial litigation, securities litigation & white collar criminal defense, corporate governance & investigations, anti-corruption compliance, and insurance.
Mr. Pirro represented global corporations and financial institutions in litigation, as well as before government and regulatory bodies. His practice covered securities litigation, government investigations including SEC and FINRA enforcement actions, criminal inquiries (including for alleged violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)), internal investigations (including those overseen by audit committees and special committees), insurance disputes, provision of regulatory guidance, commercial litigation, and class action defense.
He also advised companies in connection with FCPA diligence for mergers, acquisitions and other investments in jurisdictions with high corruption risk and worked with clients to implement effective post-acquisition compliance programs.
