From development, marketing, operations, and feasibility, Alex is always making sure that every department is equipped and prepared with accurate data analysis. Prior to his career at Prism, he spent 3 years at Aimbridge Hospitality in a multitude of roles. He started out as a Tax Analyst for two years, and then moved to a Development Analyst position assisting with the underwriting of potential hotel acquisitions. Alex graduated from Ole Miss in 2016 with a Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Managerial Finance. In his spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife, watching anything Dallas or Ole Miss sports, fishing, and traveling. Alex currently resides in McKinney with his wife.

Allison Handy - Chief Commercial Officer

A member of Prism's executive committee, Allison provides sales and marketing support for Prism's portfolio of hotels, and oversees Prism's marketing, public relations, and new business development efforts. Before joining Prism in August 2007, Allison spent nearly a decade working for Interstate Hotels & Resorts and MeriStar Hotels & Resorts in various sales capacities, most recently as a Director of Sales and Marketing in San Francisco. During the course of her accomplished career, she has worked closely with such iconic hotel brands as Hilton, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, and Wyndham. Allison graduated from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurial studies. In addition, Allison studied internationally through the University of Pittsburgh's Semester at Sea Program, allowing her to gain valuable experience and perspectives while traveling and studying in South America, Africa and Southeast Asia. She currently lives in San Francisco with her husband, twin daughters and son. She enjoys traveling, cooking, the outdoors, and spending time with her family.

She spent four years with Marriott International in on-property sales to begin her career, and seven years with Texas Western Hospitality in sales at both the property level and above property support. Prior to joining Prism, Beth was the Regional Director of Sales for Newcrest Image, focusing on pre-opening and conversion hotels. Beth graduated from Texas Christian University in 2001 with a degree in broadcast communications. Go Frogs! She currently resides in Dallas, Texas.

Brenda Teter

Before joining Prism in 2008, she spent 11 years with Mary Kay Inc. where she specialized in 50-state sales tax compliance and served in various capacities overseeing corporate culture and company wide events. Prior to Mary Kay Inc., Brenda spent 14 years in the retail liquor industry.

Chris Charbonnet

With a quarter century of hotel operations experience in different segments of the hospitality industry, Chris brings an advanced skillset, an informed perspective, and a depth and diversity of industry expertise that makes him an invaluable asset and an integral member of Prism's executive committee. Chris began his hospitality career in management as a Sous Chef at Wyndham Hotel in Los Angeles, California in 1994. Over the course of the last 25 years, Chris has successfully managed some of the most prominent hotel brands in the business, including familiar names like Hilton, Marriott, Starwood, IHG, Choice, Wyndham, and Carlson. All told, he spent nearly 10 years with Wyndham International as a Sous Chef, Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Manager and Director, Director of Rooms, Sales Manager, AGM, and General Manager; 9 years with Aimbridge Hospitality as the General Manager, Corporate Director of Food & Beverage and Regional Director of Operations. Prior to joining Prism, Chris served for 4 years as the Regional VP of Operations for GF Management, where he was responsible for overseeing more than 60 hotel transitions. Chris graduated from The University of Johnson & Wales in Providence, Rhode Island with a degree in Culinary Arts, French Pastry Arts, a B.S. in Management and a B.S. in Marketing. He currently resides in Frisco, Texas, with his wife Charlene and their twins Christopher and Colette.

Dale McLain

Dale has been part of the Prism team for 15 years. During this time, he has held multiple roles within the accounting department. Most recently he has been on the road visiting hotels for transitions, training, task force, and internal audits (everyone's favorite). Although Dale's travels may take him to one location, he is always willing to support multiple properties at any given time, as well as the home office accounting team as needed. Dale has an extensive knowledge of accounting policies and procedures as it relates to both field and home office tasks, and he is a tremendous resource for so many people within our organization. In his new role, Dale continues to spend time on the road, but is also continually evaluating and updating SOP's, Training Checklists, and Reporting templates, all with the goal of providing our hotels with the greatest level of support and structure as it relates to accounting matters.

Before returning to Prism, Doll was the Director of Market Strategy in Austin, Texas, for Marriott International. Prior to that, she served as a Regional Director of Revenue Management with Prism Hotels & Resorts. While the majority of her experience has been with Marriott hotel brands, she has also managed revenue for Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Radisson, Choice, and Independent Hotels & Resorts. Doll is a graduate of The University of Texas in Austin, Texas, where she earned a degree in journalism and public relations with a minor in business. Erin Cook - VP of Sales

Erin has worked with brand and management conversions, playing an instrumental role in developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue. Erin began her hospitality career as in sales with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in 2007, in Albuquerque New Mexico. She continued to grow her career as an on-property Sales Manager and ADOS with Hyatt, working at hotels in Chicago and Dallas. Erin continued to excel in leadership, working as Director of Sales in Maui, Hawaii and Austin, Texas. Prior to joining Prism, Erin was a Regional Director of Sales for Aimbridge Hospitality, focusing on full-service hotels and resorts in the Southeast. Erin graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2007 with a degree in international business, and in her free time loves to follow her fellow alumni on the PGA tour. Farshid Jaberi

Farshid was born in 1978 in Tehran. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management and minor in finance from University of Tehran. In late 1999, he moved to US and resided in California. He started working his way up in food and beverage industry and went to California State University -Hayward school of Business and Economics for a minor in accounting. Farshid's first job in food and beverage was working as a dishwasher, busboy, waiter, line cook, restaurant manager and General Manager. He worked for FAZ restaurant chains as a part of Sheraton hotel for four years and opened his restaurant in Pleasanton, California in 2003. The concept was a 120 seats fine-dining Mediterranean/ American cuisine. He sold the restaurant to LA Pasta Inc. and shortly after, went back to school. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science from MUA and basic science in allopathic Medicine. In 2009 Farshid and his wife moved to Oklahoma City and he worked as a HR Director and Assistant Financial Controller for a copier dealership from 2009 to 2015. In Jan 2015, Farshid joined Prism. He was a part of Embassy Suites Oklahoma City's pre-opening and enjoyed being the controller of the property from Jan 2015 to June 2017. Farshid has a wife Shadi, and two boys, Arvin (7) and Aiden (3). They are currently living in Prairie Creek, Richardson. Farshid enjoys morning hikes and story times with the boys. Farshid was a semi-pro soccer player back in college. After more than 3 surgeries on his knees and Achilles, he still enjoys the sport! George Davis

Ghee Alexander

Progressing rapidly through the ranks, Ghee had been a GM from 2002-2018 before a promotion to Senior Vice President of Operations for Prism. Ghee started his career with Taj Hotels and Resorts in Mumbai, India at the Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. His first management position was Front Desk Manager at the age of eighteen with the Royal Sonesta Hotel in New Orleans. His first General Manager position came at the age of twenty-six. Ghee spent six years as a GM with Lodgian, Inc. with a focus on underperforming hotels and helped turn around 4 hotels during that time.

Haley Paske

Haley provides digital marketing support to the field through social media, brand and OTA, as well as developing, launching, and optimizing PPC campaigns. She works directly with property GM, DOSM and Cluster Director of Revenue Optimization. Haley began her career in hospitality as a Guest Service Representative + Social Media Champion at The Westin Austin Downtown Hotel but was quickly promoted to Marketing and Sales Coordinator within the year. She moved to Washington, DC for two years to open her first Independent property as Marketing Manager. Later returning to White Lodging as Dual Marketing Manager at the Aloft Austin Downtown and Element Austin Downtown. Over the course of five years, Haley has continued to grow in her career and build her portfolio while mastering her digital marketing skills. Haley currently resides in Austin, Texas. Jamers dedication and drive has landed him a successful journey holding position as Executive Housekeeper, Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, Task Force General Manager, General Manager, Area General Manager, Regional Operations Manager and Director of Hotel Performance Support and Corporate Director of Operations. Jamers mission to expose himself to different brands allowed him to successfully manage hotels under the IHG, Choice, Hilton, Carlson Rezidor, Best Western, La Quinta, Wyndham, Marriott and Hyatt hotels. The opportunity to open new hotels and renovate hotel's in Lewisville, Grapevine, Sherman, and Plano, Texas contributed to his growth and development. Over the past 20 years, Jansen has developed a deep understanding of hotel and asset management getting his start managing all resort departments and eventually running a resort at the executive level. He expanded his experience by working at the corporate level as an analyst supporting business development and operational strategy. More recently, Jansen excelled in positions as Managing Director and VP of Operations providing leadership for two large full-service independent resorts in Hawaii and 15 branded hotels across Arizona, California and Texas generating $200M+ in annual revenue. Jansen graduated from the University of North Texas with an MBA and MS in Hospitality Management. He currently resides in Grapevine, Texas with his wife and two daughters.

Jasmine St. Clair

During this time, she has been responsible for managing the franchise design & construction development, new product development and improvement plans (PIP's) on conversions, and change of ownership / repositioning at numerous hotels and resorts. Additionally, she spent time in the purchasing project management role for one of the premier hospitality purchasing companies, Purchasing Management International in Dallas, where she managed one of their primary clients, Meristar Hotels & Resorts as well as new Westin hotel development for Beachwood Development in Fort Worth, Texas. Jasmine graduated from the Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, with a degree in Environmental Design at the School of Architecture. In addition, she has expanded her knowledge by continuing her studies with graduate course work in Construction Management at Texas A&M University. Jeff Miller

Jeff's entry to the Director of Sales position began with TPG Hospitality for the Sheraton Suites Market Center and then for 3 years with Interstate Hotels as Director of Sales at Hyatt Regency North Dallas, Hyatt Regency Milwaukee, and most recently The Highland Hotel, Curio Collection. Over Jeff's 13 years in Hospitality he has had experience with Marriott, Starwood, Hyatt and Hilton brands. He served on Interstate's "InterCircle" Sales Advisory Council to help guide policy, programs and initiatives for their sales organization of 400+ hotels, the University Crossing Public Improvement District Board of Directors, as well as numerous local and regional Travel Associations. Prior to Wingstop, she served as the financial reporting analyst for Omni Hotels & Resorts where she focused on improving existing reporting and variance analysis to better highlight risks and opportunities to financial targets. Before Omni, she worked as a financial analyst for MGM Studios, served as the Accounts Receivable accountant for Jada Toys. Jessica received her bachelor's degree in political science from UCLA and her master's degree in finance from Johns Hopkins University. She relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth area from Los Angeles in 2019. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her two fur babies, Muffin and Marley.

Joel Dominguez

Joel oversees the Accounts Payables functions for all Prism Hotels & Resorts properties. He graduated with a Hospitality Management degree from Tarrant County Community College. Prior to stepping into accounting, Joel had different roles within the hospitality industry. Before joining Prism, he worked for Omni Hotels & Resorts as a front desk agent, general cashier and accounts payable. His exposure to hotel operations and accounting made him a well-seasoned candidate for the Prism AP role. Joel joined our corporate team in January of 2018. Joel was born and raised in Mexico. He is a proud husband and father of two boys, Jaidyn and Liam. Joel and his wife Samera enjoy volunteering at their local church. On his free time, Joel loves working on home improvement projects and refinishing furniture.

John Bailey - CFO

He has also served as Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer for HQ Global Workplaces, Inc., and as Director of Finance and Vice President/Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Bristol Hotels & Resorts. A certified public accountant, John graduated from Texas Tech University, where he earned a degree in accounting. He, his wife Laurie and their youngest daughter currently reside in Coppell, Texas.

Kacey Ulrich

Prior to his role in Business Development, Kevin served as Prism's Regional Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales. Kevin's 24-year hospitality career includes 13 years with Bristol Hotels & Resorts in numerous capacities, including General Manager and Director of Operations in Dallas, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; and Raleigh, North Carolina. Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts in music from the University of North Texas and toured extensively after college. He currently resides in Double Oak, Texas with his wife and 2 children.

Kimberlee Houston

Kristi Griffith brings more than 24 years of experience to her role as Corporate Director of Sales Performance Support for Prism Hotels & Resorts, an award-winning full-service hotel management, investment and advisory services company. Kristi has the hotel industry in her blood, having previously worked for Omni, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and Bristol Hotels & Resorts. She also served as the first National Sales Director for the government market for Highgate Hotels. Kristi joined Prism in 2011 as Task Force Director, bringing her expertise to the company's Miami, Tampa, and Phoenix properties before being promoted to her current position. Kristi lives in Austin, Texas, has 4 daughters Courtney 37, Janessa 20 and twins Jillian and Jerika who are 15. Not only does she have four wonderful children she is proud be a grandmother (Nona is her name) to Emma-6, Ethan-4 and newest grandson Liam who is 6 months old. Lynn Duhon

In her spare time Lynn is an avid hand bell musician playing in two church choirs and one semi-professional touring choir. Marilyn Beacham

Marilyn has one daughter and lives in Duncanville. She enjoys working with Youth in her local church, bowling, spending time with family, and anything sweet!

Mark Van Amerongen is the Chief Operating Officer for Prism Hotels & Resorts, where he brings more than 25 years of professional hospitality leadership experience to an award-winning full-service hotel management, investment and advisory services company. Mark began his career in hospitality with Hyatt Hotels and quickly progressed through several flagship full-service hotels. Shortly after, he joined Marriott International, where he held several executive committee and general manager positions for the full-service hotel division throughout the U.S. Mark moved from single property positions to multi-property assignments, including the Regional Director of Operations on the West Coast for Marriott and Renaissance full-service hotels, before heading to Las Vegas as Marriott's Area General Manager overseeing the Marriott Managed Hotels in that market. Prior to joining Prism, Mark spent eight years as Executive Vice President with Western International in Dallas overseeing the growth of the management company from start-up to more than 45 hotels. Calling on the skills and lessons learned during a career that has encompassed a variety of hospitality leadership positions across a broad swath of the industry, Mark brings unique insight and foresight to his role as Prism's Senior Vice President of Operations. The depth and diversity of his highly successful management experience is an asset for a firm that has made a name for itself applying elements of the receivership skill set to a more traditional third-party management role. For Mark, and for Prism, that depth of hands-on operational experience is a fundamental piece of the professional puzzle. As a member of Prism's executive committee, his ability to help identify and execute quality opportunities is invaluable. Mark earned his degree in hotel and restaurant management from the State University of New York, and received his CHA designation in 1990. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Mark currently lives in McKinney, Texas, with his wife Tina and their two children.

Michael Quimbey

In his current role with Prism, Michael oversees the hotels' accounting department and is responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting of hotel operations. Michael brings over 25 years of hospitality finance experience with him to Prism. He began with Wyndham International for 8 years where he was responsible for financial statement preparation in their centralized accounting group. While at Wyndham, he was also involved in the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley as a part of their internal audit department and had the opportunity to assist in the implementation of a new company wide ERP system. Michael then moved to a Corporate Controller role with Highgate Hotels for 9 years where he was responsible for operational and partnership accounting for multiple hotel assets. While at Highgate Hotels, Michael led finance for multiple acquisitions, dispositions, renovations and transactions. Most recently, Michael assisted a private real estate group, developing structure, policies and procedures, and heading up their accounting and reporting functions. Michael graduated from McPherson College in McPherson, KS with a BS in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas. He spends his free time training for triathlons and is an Ironman Triathlon finisher. Michael lives in Flower Mound, TX with his wife Gina and their two boys, Trey and Connor.

Michael Van

Michael provides creative marketing support to the field through designing custom digital and print collateral as well as email campaigns. Michael works alongside the Director of Sales, Revenue Manager, and Brand eCommerce Manager to strategize and execute effective ROI projects. He is also focused on improving our properties' online reputations and rankings through SEO and social media platforms. Michael began his career in hospitality as an Executive Lounge Concierge at Hilton San Francisco Financial District. Over the course of five years he quickly became promoted to Executive Lounge Manager and then Front Office Manager of the 543-room hotel, before transferring to the Sales Department as Marketing Manager. Michael graduated with a degree in Physics from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California, and currently resides in Dallas, Texas. He enjoys painting, bbq, and Texas Football.

Mitra Van - Managing Director

Mitra Van is a Managing Director for Prism Hotels & Resorts; Mitra has been with Prism for over 10 years in a variety of senior roles including Human Resources, Payroll Administration, Compliance, Operations and Business Development. Mitra started her hospitality career at The Historic Adolphus Hotel in Downtown Dallas, in accounting and continued her 23-year hospitality career specializing in compensation and human resource systems. In addition to overseeing the implementation of a New Human Resources / Payroll Platform involving over 3,000 employees at Prism, she was also previously an executive at McAfee/Intel and managed the Payroll and Benefits Administration for 68,000 employees across the globe. Mitra is fluent in Farsi, Hindi, and English and graduated from The University of New Delhi, India, with a degree in Accounting and Finance. She currently resides in Dallas, Texas.

Morgan Daddona

A New England native, Morgan joined the hospitality industry in 2013 as the Executive Assistant to the General Manager of the Hilton Minneapolis in Minnesota where she helped steer the hotel's reputation through an extensive renovation and established the property's digital presence. Once she relocated back to the East Coast to join the corporate team at HEI Hotels & Resorts, she began as the Reputation Management Analyst with a focus on developing best practices and strategic improvement plans for the 85 hotels and 30 brands in their portfolio. After being promoted to Social Media Manager where she helped build content strategy for all of HEI's hotels and provide social media management services to a select portfolio, she moved into the role of Acting Director of Marketing and expanded her knowledge of eCommerce, Sales, and Revenue Management. Morgan enjoys spending as much time possible with her dog Conway (a happy black lab) and can be found planning her next road trip through New England in her down time.

Pamela Goudlock

She has held multiple assignments with the company including Corporate Taskforce HR Manager primarily for hotel transitions and Regional HR Director responsible for 12 hotels. Before joining the corporate office in April 2018, Pamela was assigned to the El Conquistador Tucson, a Hilton Resort. Prior to joining Prism, she worked for IHG, Carlson Hotels, and HMS Host among others. Before entering the hospitality field 20 years ago, Pamela's career was in retail management.

Paul Mengacci

Paul Mengacci is the Vice President of Finance and Analytics for Prism Hotels & Resorts, an award-winning full-service hotel management, investment and advisory services company. He brings more than 10 years of hospitality industry experience to the Prism team, including valuable perspective gained working in both operations and accounting roles. In his current position, Paul oversees the hotel accounting department, while leading the operations team and assisting the new business development team in the business analytics functions. Before joining Prism at the beginning of 2012, Paul worked as an assistant controller for Waterford Hotel Group in Connecticut. He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado, and his MBA from Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut. Additionally, Paul has obtained the Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) designation. He currently resides in Plano with his wife and two daughters. Paul enjoys playing golf, following sports, and spending time with his family.

Riaan Nel is the Regional Vice President of Operations for Prism Hotels & Resorts. He was born and raised in South Africa and has spent 25 years in the hospitality industry. His first position began as a line cook in Pitlochry Scotland when he was 18 years old and he continued to work various positions in hotels and restaurant before starting his studies in Hospitality Management graduating at Caesar Ritz in Le Bouveret, Switzerland. Riaan began his hotel management career with Hyatt Hotels in Houston, Texas before he moved to Dallas and worked his way up the ranks in various food and beverage management positions. He has held positions as Food and Beverage Director, Area Food and Beverage Director, Director of Club Operations, Hotel Manager and General Manager at various luxury Hotels and Resorts over the years. Riaan currently resides in San Antonio, Texas with his wife Jamie, daughter Olivia and son Ian.

Ric Justiss

Ric is a corporate paralegal. He is presently involved with hotel vendor contracts, vendor credit applications, permits and licenses for the properties of Prism Hotels and Resorts. Ric joined the Prism team in June 2021, following 20+ years working in the legal arena. He began by managing a workman's compensation department in an insurance defense firm for 5 years, while earning his paralegal certificate from the State Bar of Texas. He went on to work as a litigation paralegal for 14 years, working for BIGLAW law firms in the DFW metroplex, managing high profile / document intensive cases for the largest and most prestigious national law firms, earning him the reputation as one of the best litigation paralegals in Texas. He has spent the last 3 years working with large retailers, such as AT&T, settling customer grievances and complaints in Arbitration proceedings, and Baylor Scott White Hospitals, where he managed all company leases across Texas for their hospitals, clinics, and doctor offices. From these ample legal experiences, he brings to Prism Hotels an understanding of legal issues faced by companies today and a hard work ethic to provide guidance on these legal issues. Ric is a born-and-raised Texan, and lives with his wife Michelle in her hometown of Mesquite. Their 5 kids are all grown, leaving them to now enjoy their 10 grandkids and their 3 dachshunds. Life is good. Ric spends his free time playing pool. He is a pool shark, team captain and Senior Division Rep for one of the local APA pool leagues, American Poolplayers Association, the largest pool league in America. His championship team, The Dream Team, is one of the longest active teams in the APA. In addition, he is a wedding officiant, having officiated over 1200 weddings. He loves to say he is "making the world more beautiful, two people at a time."
