Donald Foss is FOD's founder and Principal. He also founded Credit Acceptance (NASDAQ:CACC) in 1972 and served as CEO and then Chairman for several decades before retiring in 2017. Mr Foss is the founder of the national dealer group, CARite.

Mr. Durot is FOD's Senior Associate, supporting the firm's deal sourcing, diligence and portfolio management efforts. His experience spans family office investing, venture capital and corporate finance, and he is a recent graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Mr. Strunk is FOD's Director of Accounting and Finance and, among other responsibilities, oversees financial due diligence, accounting and all cash management functions. He brings over 30 years of experience with a focus on real estate ventures.
