Daniel Glozman, PhD is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Glozman has specialized in robotics for medical applications for over 25 years, heading R&D at Medtronic Ventor Technologies, Magenta Medical, Diagnostic Robotics, and Guide-X (XACT Robotics technology), which he also founded.
Dr. Glozman holds a BSc, MSc and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, all from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. He also did postdoctoral research in medical robotics at the University of California Santa Cruz, where he developed the Raven II teleoperated robotic system.

Joseph Nathan, MD, MSc is the Co-Founder, President and Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Nathan has over 20 years of experience in medical innovation. Previously, he directed healthcare commercialization at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and served as Director of New Ventures for the Technion's Alfred Mann Institute, a $100M joint venture incubating medical startups. Dr. Nathan earned a BSc in Biotechnology Engineering, MSc in Industrial Engineering, and MD, all from the Technion. Dr. Nathan also completed 3 years of ophthalmic surgery residence at Rambam Hospital.
Eli Levin brings over 15 years of experience in the medical and industrial robotics industries. He previously held leadership roles at several companies, including working as a Mechatronics Manager at XACT Robotics and as Head of Mechanical R&D at Ricor. He also founded an engineering consulting company focusing on design and manufacturing of robotic systems. Eli earned a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the Technion.
Gideon Bregman has over 35 years of managerial and technical experience in all aspects of operations, supply chains, R&D, engineering, service and QA management. Gideon founded Yaen Manufacturing & Materials Management LTD, and has supported operations in over 70 industrial and medical device companies, among them Medtronic, Mazor Robotics and MeMed Diagnostics. Previously, he served as COO of Candela Medical and Supply Chain Manager at Lumenis. Gideon holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the Technion.
Ilanit Edri brings over 25 years of experience in HR leadership roles within leading global organizations. Throughout her career, Ilanit has held key positions such as Vice President of Human Resources at Elbit Systems (ISTAR Division) and VP of HR at The Open University of Israel. Additionally, she served as Head of HR for Teva Pharmaceuticals' Global Generic R&D, for Tnuva Dairy, and for Medtronic Ventor. Aligning HR strategies with business goals, Ilanit has successfully managed transformations in global companies and supported high-growth environments. Ilanit holds a BA in Social Studies from The Open University and an MA in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University.

Merav Gat has over 20 years of experience in executive roles in clinical and regulatory affairs, investments, and business strategy in the medical devices industry. Before joining ForSight, she served as VP of Clinical Affairs at Pi-Cardia, where she successfully guided the company's structural heart modalities through pivotal clinical trials and secured FDA approval. Throughout her career, Merav has led numerous clinical studies for therapeutic and diagnostic technologies and has authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications presented at leading medical conferences worldwide. She holds a BSc and MSc in Applied Mathematics and Biomedical Engineering, and an MBA, all from the Technion.

Prof. Moshe Shoham is the Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer. Prof. Shoham is an acclaimed emeritus professor of mechanical engineering at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and former head and founder of its robotics laboratory. Prof. Shoham is a worldwide authority in the field of robotics whose life work is dedicated to developing technologies that improve patient care. Besides his many academic honors, Prof. Shoham founded Mazor Robotics - the leading spinal robotics platform has since been acquired by Medtronic for over $1.6B.
Prof. Shoham holds a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering, MSc and DSc in Mechanical Engineering, all from the Technion. He is also a member of the US National Academy of Engineering.

Sharon Levita brings over 20 years of experience in global publicly-listed (NASDAQ and TASE) medical device companies, most recently serving as a Medtronic Business Development and Strategy Leader, and as VP of Business Operations and Medtronic Site Lead (formerly robotic spine surgery company Mazor Robotics) in Israel. Previously, as Mazor Robotics' CFO for over a decade, Sharon led the company's $1.6 billion acquisition by Medtronic in 2018. She has also held various leadership roles at medical laser company Lumenis and at KPMG. Sharon is a registered CPA and holds a BS in Economics and Accounting from Haifa University and an MBA from Bar Ilan University.
Shiran Conforti has over 15 years of experience in multidisciplinary medical device products. Shiran has established regulatory strategies with a track record of successful global submissions and audits, and managed different aspects of quality assurance and design controls activities while meeting business objectives. Prior to joining ForSight Robotics, Shiran held several management positions in medical device corporates and start-up companies, including Medtronic (Mazor Robotics Ltd.) and Q Core Medical. Shiran holds a BSc in Medical Engineering (cum laude) from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.
Yaron Levinson, PhD brings over 15 years of experience in managing and leading product development of medical technologies, specializing in surgical robotics. Previously, Dr. Levinson led R&D at Memic Innovative Surgery, served as a project manager at Medical Surgery Technologies (MST), and later founded Paragon Measure Inc., a digital health company.
Dr. Levinson holds a BSc and MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Ben Gurion University and a PhD in Control Theory and Signal Processing from the Technion. He also completed a postdoctoral program in Mobile Health and Machine Learning at Cornell Tech.
Yonatan Ushpizin brings nearly 20 years of experience leading multidisciplinary product development from concept to commercialization at companies like Medtronic, Mazor Robotics, and Meytar R&D. Most recently, he served as Director of Robotics Research and Technology at Medtronic, where he led the advanced robotics innovation division. Throughout his career, Yonatan has specialized in robotics and multidisciplinary complex systems, and has led large teams through all lifecycle phases of product development. Yonatan earned a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Ben Gurion University.
