Danny F. Dukes

, has spent over 30 years in the financial institution, and mortgage industries. Danny understands, first hand, the impact of changes that have occurred in these industries over this time period and most importantly, how these changes now impact customers; especially business owners' ability to obtain capital and loans that they need to operate and grow their companies. That's why a large part of our practice is devoted to helping consult with community financial institutions, including non-bank, as these changes affect them. Additionally, Danny F. Dukes and Associates, LLC will leverage its founder's CFE designation and years of experience with financial transactions, internal controls, fraud detection and fraud prevention. Danny says, "In this troubled economy, blue collar crime has increased dramatically. When blue collar crime increases, white collar crime generally parallels this increase. Now, is not the time to ignore this trend and wake up as the victim. We need to do what we can to help companies guard against or detect white collar crime." Danny is active in a number of professional organizations including the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the Rotary Club of Cherokee County, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Board of Directors of the educational charter school non-profit Georgia Charter Educational Foundation. He is also on the Local Governing Counsel of Cherokee Charter Academy, a local charter school. Danny treats every client with respect and integrity. Danny provides independent financial analysis in addition to tax and accounting services.

Dominic J. Sapone

Dominic earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree from Sienna College in Loudonville, New York. He became a Certified Public Accountant during his experience with Price-Waterhouse-Coopers. He has also maintained and managed his own accounting firm.

Donald F. Gallagher

Donald began his career with the accounting firm KPMG Peat Marwick. After KPMG Peat Marwick, he joined PHH Corporation, which specializes in outsourcing key functions for many corporations. He then served many roles in financial institutions including finance director, controller and chief financial officer. After hands-on experience w Gregory began his career with a non-profit research company. After the non-profit experience, he joined First Atlanta Bank, a $6 Billion regional bank, now known as Wells Fargo. He spent over 8 years as an accounting officer with this bank. Gregory N. Eppler

After hands-on experience with Orkin, he left to join Johnson Industries, a subsidiary of Genuine Parts, where he began as controller and advanced to chief financial officer in 3 years. During these years, he directed the accounting, credit, treasury, strategic planning, human resources, risk management, audit, and tax functions. In addition, he has provided financial and accounting expertise to an international manufacturing concern, the mortgage industry, and telecom organizations.
