Fraser Consulting and Advocacy (FCA) provides consultation, advocacy and care management for children and adults -- diagnosed with developmental disability and/or mental illness -- and the elderly living in long-term care or in need of in-home care management. We also offer bookkeeping services... To inform, educate, promote and strategize solutions with and for people with developmental, learning, mental and/or physical disability, and the elderly. Together -- with family members, legal guardians, attorneys and others challenged by plausible discrimination, complicated systems, poor service delivery, obstruction and/or violation of patient, client, educational, constitutional, civil and/or human rights -- we strive to obtain the care, treatment, supports and services needed and legally entitled.
