Brian Heinrichs - CEO, President

Brian is proud to say he carved out a career that keeps him focused on what is most important in life. He believes that it is possible to have a successful career while treating people with respect, not profiting off the backs of others and still maintaining healthy relationships at home. At Fourth Capital, he enjoys planning and working with his clients and co-workers to develop solutions with long-term benefits for all stakeholders. Outside of work, you'll find Brian seeing Broadway shows with his family or attending a Pearl Jam concert (he's seen them almost 60 times in 8 different countries!).

Chip Crunk

Chip Crunk is President and CEO of RJ Young. In 1987, he became a Sales Representative after graduating from the University of Mississippi. He became Director of Sales in 1989, then Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In 1995 Chip was named President and CEO of the company. He is currently a member of the Ricoh Executive Steering Committee, the Canon Dealer Council and the Copier Dealers Association.

Dan Andrews - Chairman

A native of Dickson, TN, Dan has over four decades of banking experience under his belt, almost all of which have been spent in the Nashville market. He has been affiliated with Fourth Capital since 2005 and previously served on the board of Farmers Bank & Trust Company and F&M Bank. A graduate of Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in economics, Dan and his wife Sherry reside in Nashville and have two daughters.

Darren K. Lingle

Darren K. Lingle works with senior leadership at Lawrence Gateway, LLC in their oversight and management of all aspects of organization wide planning. Lingle helps foster growth opportunities to include advancement in Lawrence owned urban real estate and financial companies. With an extensive background in government relations, Lingle is the key contact with Lawrence for elected officials, government agencies, community leaders, and organizations. Prior to joining Lawrence, Lingle was appointed as Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works by the President of the United States on July 7, 2018. He was named the Director of Policy and Legislation in September of 2019. He received both the Superior Civilian Service Medal by the Secretary of the Army and the Bronze Order of the de Fleury Medal by the US Army Corps of Engineers. Before his work with the Department of the Army, Lingle spend 17 years working for three members of congress.

David Bartholomew

David Bartholomew has more than 25 years of executive experience in the U.S. staffing industry. Prior to joining HCCA, he was the founder and CEO of Nashville-based Staffmark, an organization he grew from a one-office startup in 1991 to over 300 locations today, making it one of the largest staffing companies in the U.S. In addition, Bartholomew is well known in the staffing industry and has served as chairman of the American Staffing Association.

David Sturdivant

David works with clients to understand their needs and objectives in order to recommend solutions that help manage cash flows more efficiently. At Fourth Capital, he enjoys the positive collaboration of our experienced banking professionals that are genuinely eager to share their knowledge for the benefit of the client. David received his bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Mississippi, and holds over 30 years of Treasury Management experience. Rooted in Tennessee history, David's grandparents were Johnnie Wright and the Queen of Country Music, Kitty Wells. Outside of the office, David enjoys being with family and friends, running, and performing any type of work outside around his yard.

Gaylon Lawrence

Gaylon Lawrence, Jr. serves as the owner and principal investor of a diversified collection of businesses and is actively involved in the oversight of its investment strategies. Under his leadership, the privately-owned companies have increased their footprint throughout the country in sectors related to agriculture, banking, land development and revitalization of the historical town of Wilson, Arkansas. The Lawrence family employs over 1,100 people and is continuing to grow. Gaylon is married with three children and resides in Nashville, Tennessee.

Jason West

Jason West has been in banking for 27 years with roles at Pinnacle Financial Partners, PrimeTrust Bank and AmSouth Bank. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin with a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance. He received his Masters from Massey Graduate School of Business at Belmont University in 1992.

Mary Slater

Mary enjoys the team collaboration at Fourth Capital and that she has the opportunity to help build something that will add to the energy and long-term growth of Nashville. Mary's role as Chief Culture Officer focuses on both the internal and external culture that we're building at Fourth Capital. In addition to overseeing the bank's overall people strategy, her responsibilities include overseeing our brand presence, events, advertising, and marketing initiatives. Mary earned her bachelor's degree in marketing from Lipscomb University. Outside of the office, she spends her time with her husband and two children.

Melinda Pulliam

Melinda believes everyone has a story. When you take time to listen and understand a person's story, you build a relationship and trust naturally. It is not about what products and services you offer. It is about realizing the uniqueness of each business and person and finding a mutually beneficial solution. Her favorite quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson says, "Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm." Those that know Melinda know enthusiasm is something she has plenty of. Outside of the office, you can find her with her family at a baseball park, on a soccer field, skiing, boating, hiking, or at a dance competition.

Paul Jadwin - CTO, EVP

Paul is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing a technology plan that supports the strategic goals of the bank, while focusing on security and efficiency. He has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, most recently serving as a Senior Account Executive at Fiserv, where he helped community banks evaluate and select software solutions that were in alignment with their strategic plans. He holds a bachelor's degree in Management from Athens State University and also graduated from the Community Banking Association of Alabama's School of Banking at Samford University.

Pratt Lewis - EVP

Pratt's mission is creating a high-impact innovation strategy that aligns with the bank's culture and long-term goal of providing digital tools with human touch. Holding over 20 years of banking experience, Pratt has been on the frontlines of innovation in the banking industry. He believes focusing on user experience and needs is what drives efficiency in technology. Pratt received his bachelor's degree in religion from Sewanee: The University of the South and earned his MBA from Millsaps College. He is also a graduate of the Mississippi School of Banking at the University of Mississippi, and the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.

Sandi Lanier - COO, EVP

With more than four decades of financial services expertise, Sandi has an extensive background in managing various loan operational areas. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President of Operations & Compliance for CapStar Bank. While there, she was responsible for the deposit operation, loan operation, and compliance departments of the bank, including overseeing the restructuring of its Loan Operations Department and the creation of its Compliance Department.

Seth McGill - CFO, EVP

Seth has found that working with a team that has a shared vision of creating long-term value for clients, the community, employees, and shareholders is his most rewarding and favorite thing about his time at Fourth Capital. He believes that listening to the goals and objectives of his clients is the first step to a consistent, principled approach. If he can craft a strategy to offer premium service to meet those needs while staying within the confines of the bank's guiding principles, he can build and nurture a sustainable, mutually beneficial relationship.

T. Clark Akers

T. Clark Akers is a Managing Director in the SBIC Funds Placement Group at B. Riley FBR, an investment bank that provides investment banking, merger and acquisition, advisory, institutional brokerage and research services. Akers serves on the Advisory Board of Pharos Capital Group, a private equity firm based in Nashville and Dallas that provides later stage equity funding for internal growth, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, management buyouts or recapitalization to healthcare services companies. Akers received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University in 1979.
