FRIERSON - Key Persons
A former middle and high school classroom teacher, Dr. Frierson has served as a Pre-K to 12th grade school administrator in several states and school districts. As a school-based administrator, she has advocated and supported high quality staff development, focused school improvement, data driven instruction, and community engagement and involvement. Dr. Frierson, whose Doctorate is in Education, has also served as collegiate faculty in the Teacher Education Programs in the Graduate School at the University of Maryland University College and Morgan State University. While at the University of Maryland University College, she developed the online Resident Teacher Certification Program.
Now, Dr. Frierson is the CEO and Founder of The Frierson Group, a leadership development, training, coaching and project management firm. The Frierson Group promise is "We will exceed your expectations!" Dr. Frierson has also recently graduated from the Baltimore Means Business Cohort, sponsored by Morgan State University and is focused on building The Frierson Group to better serve the community.
