He is a Blacksburg, VA native with a love of the mountains and the unique scenery of the New River Valley. Frank has done extensive training to earn 2 esteemed Realtor designations, the ABR Accredited Buyers Representative and the GRI Graduate of the Realtors Institute, and he's proud to put his experience and expertise to work for you.
