Prior to joining MRHFM, Gentry was an assistant prosecuting attorney for over sixteen years, having worked in both Jackson and St. Louis Counties. During his time with the Jackson County Prosecuting Attorney's office, he handled DWI offenses and vehicular manslaughters that were alcohol and drug related. He joined the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's office in 1998, prosecuting a wide range of misdemeanor and felony cases. Gentry has litigated over 30 jury trials to verdict, including murder, sexual assault, assault, robbery, burglary, and drug cases.

Allison is an associate in the firm's Saint Louis Office, where she has the privilege of representing victims who have been tragically affected by mesothelioma. Prior to joining MRHFM, Allison began her legal career practicing insurance litigation advocating on behalf of clients in the civil arena.
Allison received her law degree from Washington University School of Law. During law school, Allison held a clerkship in the 21st Judicial Circuit of Missouri and spent a year working as a Rule 13 certified attorney in the St. Louis Circuit Attorney's office.
Ms. Kite received her Bachelor's degree from New Mexico State University where she majored in Business.

Anne is an associate attorney with Maune, Raichle, Hartley, French & Mudd. She has spent the majority of the last 20 years in the litigation arena zealously representing injured people. Her sole and passionate focus is representing victims of mesothelioma.
Experience
Anne brings a unique perspective to her litigation practice having previously served as a workers' compensation administrative law judge. She is committed to giving back to her community and has dedicated much of her free time to pro bono representation in immigration matters. Anne has been designated a North Star Lawyer by the Minnesota State Bar for her contribution of pro bono hours and has served on non-profit boards in her community.
Anne worked full-time throughout law school at a prominent personal injury law firm assisting victims of catastrophic injuries, medical negligence and toxic exposures. She was active in mock trial competitions and served as a law review staff editor. Anne has completed her certified civil mediation skills training.
A Chicago native, Anne will always be a die-hard Cubs fan. She resides in the St. Louis area and enjoys traveling, running and yoga.

While in law school, Casey was named "Trialist of the Year" and was a member of the Order of the Barristers. Prior to law school, Casey worked on a campaign to help people who provide care for someone with developmental disabilities. Casey was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and outside of work enjoys family trips to the Oregon coast and rooting on local sports teams in Portland. Casey is also a dual-citizen of both the United States and the Republic of Ireland.

Prior to joining the firm, Chris practiced in Chicago as a litigator specializing in collections and creditors rights. As a former member of the Illinois Creditors Bar, Chris spent years uncovering assets from defendants that were deemed "uncollectable" to ensure his clients were paid. He has collected millions of dollars owed to his clients using various methods ranging from drafting settlement agreements to executing judgments.
Chris assists MRHFM clients in expediting the process of getting the money they are owed from the defendants that harmed them. He is diligent in keeping defendants from falling behind with their payments. Chris reviews and rewrites settlement agreements for MRHFM clients to ensure their rights are protected. You can often find Chris working one on one with MRHFM clients and their family members reviewing questions they may have with the settlement process.
Chris is also an accredited attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Chris has assisted MRHFM clients who have served our country honorably through the process of obtaining VA benefits, including service connected disability.
While in law school, Chris was a staff member of the Energy Law Journal, participated with the Association of Trial Lawyers of America team, and served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Linda G. Morrissey in the Tulsa County Probate Court.

Dr. Heather Wakelee specializes in the treatment of lung cancer, thymoma and mesothelioma. She has been in practice for over a decade at Stanford University. She is the physician lead for the thoracic malignancies clinical research group and has developed research programs related to lung cancer and thymoma across multiple areas including clinical trials, translation work and population sciences. She is the Principal Investigator on numerous clinical trials. Dr. Wakelee is the faculty director of the Stanford Cancer Clinical Trials office and is the lead investigator for ECOG-ACRIN clinical trials group at Stanford. She is also active in many national and international organizations related to lung cancer and thymoma including leadership roles in the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) and the International Thymic Malignancies Interest Group (ITMIG).

Dr. Robert B. Cameron has been treating mesothelioma patients for over 20 years. He is recognized world-wide as a pioneer in the field of mesothelioma and long-time advocate of the innovative lung-sparing Pleurectomy/Decortication (P/D) surgical procedure for mesothelioma and has performed the procedure on hundreds of patients to date. Dr. Cameron has one philosophy to the P/D surgery, "Do no harm" to the lung.
Robert Cameron, M.D., has some strong opinions about the different treatment/surgery options for patients with pleural mesothelioma. And he doesn't hesitate to express them.
Dr. Cameron, the director of Thoracic Surgery at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and medical adviser for the Pacific Meso Center, continues to lobby his colleagues against the practice of extrapleural pneumonectomy (EPP), the radical removal of the lung as a surgical option. He almost always prefers the lung-saving pleurectomy/decortication, a less radical surgery that removes the tumor, then treats mesothelioma as a chronic illness.

Emma is an associate in the firm's Portland Office, where she has the privilege of representing victims who have been tragically affected by mesothelioma. Prior to joining MRHFM, Emma worked as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Steffan Alexander at the Multnomah County Circuit Court. Emma began her legal career as an Equal Justice Works Fellow at Greater Boston Legal Services, where she represented indigent survivors of intimate partner violence in family law and housing matters.

Outside of the office, Emma spends her time cooking, zero-waste garment sewing, and hiking.

Jason is an Associate at the New York office of Maune Raichle Hartley French & Mudd. He exclusively represents victims of mesothelioma and their families. Jason has broad experience in asbestos litigation, researching decades old asbestos exposure, conducting depositions against numerous large corporate defendants, authoring motions that he later argues in court, and arbitrating bankruptcy settlements. Jason has worked with clients across the country who were exposed to asbestos in a variety of careers such as insulators, mechanics, millwrights, boilermakers, plumbers, steamfitters, drywallers, electricians, roofers, and members of the military.

Prior to joining the team at Maune Raichle Hartley French & Mudd, Jason was a Litigation Associate at another prominent New York City asbestos litigation firm. Before that, Jason was a prosecutor at the Queens County District Attorney's Office in New York City, where he had an impressive streak of trial victories. Jason obtained his law degree from American University Washington College of Law where he graduated magna cum laude. While there, he received a scholarship award for his trial advocacy skills and served as Publications Editor for the Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law. Jason and his wife live in New York City.

Since acquiring his medical degree in 1997, Jay M. Lee, M.D., has distinguished himself as one of the nation's top thoracic surgeons. He is the Surgical Director of the Thoracic Oncology Program at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center (JCCC), where he both practices medicine and teaches as an assistant professor at the UCLA School of Medicine.
After graduating from UCLA School of Medicine with honors, Lee pursued his residency at Duke University Medical Center and Georgetown University Medical Center. After, he completed fellowships at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Brigham & Women's Hospital, both world renowned centers for the treatment of mesothelioma and lung cancer. The experience he gained from working with other top doctors in the field of thoracic surgery became invaluable to his own practice.

A native of Memphis, Tennessee, John was a teacher, whitewater rafting manager, and director of a graduate-level Americorps program before attending law school. During his studies at Saint Louis University, John penned a winning federal appellate brief while interning at the U.S. Attorney's Office. After earning his J.D., John worked for two judges at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, writing extensively on matters as varied as civil rights, federal sentencing, insurance coverage disputes, corporate liability, and electronic discovery. He also helped author the district's local rules. John then clerked for a year at the Missouri Court of Appeals (Eastern District) before starting at MRHFM. He is proud to work on behalf of those afflicted---through no fault of their own---with asbestos-related cancer.
John is happily married with three sons. He and his family live in St. Louis, where John still mentors his "Little" through Big Brothers / Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri.

For almost twenty years, Julia has represented people injured by the negligence of others. She has handled cases across the United States and has tried many jury trials to verdict. She is very active in the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and served on its Board of Governors from 2010 to 2017. Julia is also very involved in several programs that provide free legal advice to persons of limited means and income. One such organization provides free legal advice to people in communities who have been impacted by natural disasters. In 2011, Julia was recognized by Missouri's leading legal newspaper as having the most reported winning cases. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and fishing.
