Our menu focuses on shareable dishes inspired by Southern Italian cuisine, with an emphasis on Neapolitan style pizza. We kept our assortment of unique Neapolitan pizzas and added on small plates and salads to be shared among the table. Refresh yourself with Boulder's first-ever self-pour beer tap, featuring 16 beer and wine options... We pride ourselves on our scratch kitchen, and our effort to source unique and local ingredients. Our dough alone took a year to develop and we have been feeding our sourdough starters, Dewey and Dart, since 2017! Yes, we source ingredients from Italy, Atlanta, locally, and beyond. Who doesn't?
