Jim Galli is originally from San Francisco, California. He received a BA in criminology from the University of California at Berkeley, and his law degree from the University of Santa Clara, California. He has been practicing law over 40 years, the last 25 right here in Knoxville, Tennessee. Jim has successfully represented thousands of Social Security claimants in his career and remains on the forefront of Social Security Law. Jim has established a reputation of compassionate, caring, and competent representation of Social Security claimants.
Jim officially retired in 2020.
Josh McKee is from Athens, Tennessee. He received his law degree from the Nashville School of Law. He has practiced law for 19 years in the areas of Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Estate Planning and other general practice areas in the Knoxville and Nashville areas. He has represented Social Security Claimants in over 3,000 Social Security hearings nationwide. Josh is a recent graduate of the prestigous Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer's College in Dubois, Wyoming. Josh is passionate and dedicated to competently representing all of our clients.
Krista is a certified paralegal and brings a wealth of legal knowledge and skill to our office. Combining her experience and legal education, she is capable of assisting our clients with many legal issues.
