Camille Facey has been in practice as an Attorney-at-Law for forty years. She is currently the Managing Partner at the law firm FACEYLAW where her practice is focused on company law, real estate, wills, probate, banking, telecommunications and corporate governance.
Prior to FACEYLAW, she spent ten years at Cable & Wireless where she held a number of positions with the last being Regional Vice President with responsibility for Legal, Regulatory & Public Policy in the Northern Caribbean. Before C&W she spent eighteen years in publicly traded companies in the financial sector, including what is today Sagicor Bank, holding positions such as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Company Secretary.
Camille currently serves as the chair of the Corporate Governance Committee of the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica (PSOJ) where she led the development of the Jamaica Corporate Governance Code 2021 and the 2024 supporting handbook of governance policies. She is also a director of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce and the Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute (CCGI).
Between 2015-2024, she served as a director of the National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA) where she chaired the Corporate Governance Committee. During her tenure the NSWMA was awarded first place for Corporate Governance Policies and Procedures in the Public Sector Corporate Governance awards.
Camille is a Past President of the International Women's Forum (Jamaica Chapter) and former Deputy Chair of the Spectrum Management Authority and CANTO (Caribbean Association of National Telecommunications Organizations).
In addition to her legal practice, she also delivers corporate law and governance training including for the Jamaica Stock Exchange, the PSOJ and the CCGI.
Damion Brown is a financial expert with over fifteen years of experience in the financial industry, dedicated to economic growth and enhancing lives. His career began at the Bank of Jamaica in 2003 as an Economist, where he gained deep insights into economic dynamics and financial systems. Moving to JMMB in 2007, Mr. Brown swiftly advanced from Investment Strategist to Market Risk Manager before becoming Principal at the Bermuda Monetary Authority, focusing on risk management. Returning to JMMB in 2012 as Group Risk Manager, Mr. Brown oversaw critical risk functions. In 2022, Mr. Brown joined Barita as Chief Investment Strategist and CEO of Real Estate and Alternative Investments, applying his extensive expertise to shape investment strategies. Mr. Brown holds a Master's in Economics and a Bachelor's in Economics and Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, alongside certifications such as CFA, FRM, PRM, and CAIA, highlighting his proficiency in finance and risk management. Mr. Brown's leadership and stewardship of financial assets have consistently driven exceptional results, contributing significantly to economic growth and development.
Devon Sterling is a seasoned ICT professional with a hard-coded belief that ICT must be used to change life for the better. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, specializing in computing hardware and infrastructure, Mr. Sterling now leads the Operations & Support Services Division of our organization, where he has primary responsibilities for infrastructure and infrastructure support services. A lifelong learner with undergraduate degrees in Computer Science & Electronics and postgraduate degrees in MIS, and Networking & Telecommunications, he is passionate about mentoring and philanthropy and often times combines the two in support of our young people.
Edward Samuda is a Human Resource Management and Development professional with the strong belief that investments made in employees' development through certification and training will deliver positive returns to organizational success and employee satisfaction. With over 25 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Development in the private and public sectors, Mr. Samuda joined the eGov Jamaica Limited in April 2017.
Possessing a thirst for knowledge, Mr. Samuda, a proud Wolmerian, has among other certifications and qualifications, a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) from the Alvah H. Chapman, Jr., Graduate School of Business, Florida International University (FIU), where he was the recipient of the FIU Award for Academic Excellence. He is committed to the concept of community development as a contributor to better societies, and has given over 15 years of service to the Hope Pastures Citizens Association as a member of its Executive.

Mr. Sheldon Powe is a serial entrepreneur and the CEO and founder of Innovate10X, a digital transformation company dedicated to identifying and implementing scalable digital solutions locally and regionally. His entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of Optimum Trading, a company focused on trading dental and medical goods during his university years. This experience led to the establishment of Ideas Lab, a venture capital firm investing in startups and serving as a business incubator, eventually giving rise to Innovate10X. Under the leadership of Mr. Powe, Innovate10X has launched numerous successful ventures and initiatives. Before founding Innovate10X, Mr. Powe served as Group Chief Information Officer in the financial services industry, where he significantly enhanced technological infrastructure and organizational excellence. His expertise spans banking, asset management, project management, and risk management.
Mr. Powe's strong background in information technology is backed by his studies in mathematics, electronics, and computer science at The University of the West Indies, along with a Master's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida. His professional credentials include a range of certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Scrum Master, and ITIL V certification. These qualifications, combined with his extensive experience, make him a prominent figure in digital innovation, continuously driving progress and shaping the future of technology.

Mrs. Anika C. D. Shuttleworth possesses over eighteen (18) years of experience in the Information Technology industry, of which fifteen (15) have been spent with eGov Jamaica Limited. Her background includes Strategic Management, Business and Product Development, Project Management, Business Analysis, Software Development and Quality Management. She wholeheartedly believes in nation building, delivering efficient and effective service to customers, as well as empowering young people to achieve their fullest potential.
Mrs. Shuttleworth, who is a Professionally Accredited Director, holds the degrees of Master of Science in Computer Based Management Information Systems, and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from the University of the West Indies (Mona). In addition, she is a Fellow of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in eGovernment for CARICOM Countries, and also holds certifications in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Strategic and Corporate Planning, and Budget Preparation and Management.
Prior to her appointment as Acting Chief Executive Officer on December 1, 2020, she was Senior Director of the Business Solutions Services (BSS) Division from September 2018. Before that, Mrs. Shuttleworth was Department Head for Research and Innovation. She previously held the post of Department Head for the Business, Product Development and Strategic Planning Department for approximately six (6) years.
Despite the foregoing, Mrs. Shuttleworth, who is a devout Christian, considers her greatest accomplishments to date to be those of wife and mother.
Mrs. Jacqueline Sharp is a seasoned financial services professional with over 26 years of experience, including a significant 20-year tenure at Scotia Group Jamaica Limited. There, she held key roles across various divisions such as Treasury, Finance, Administration, Insurance, Risk Management, and Compliance. Her leadership culminated in her role as Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to 2017, where she was instrumental in driving the profitable growth of operations in Jamaica and overseeing operations in four other Caribbean countries. Currently, Mrs. Sharp serves as Director for her family-owned Coffee Traders Limited, a manufacturing, export, and retail business.
In addition to her corporate roles, Mrs. Sharp has extensive board experience, including positions on the boards of Quantas Financial Group, Grace Kennedy Foods, and Fontana Limited. Mrs. Sharp holds a BSc. in Accounting from the University of the West Indies and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Her education includes executive programs at Richard Ivey Business School and Duke University. Her broad experience and leadership roles make her a respected figure in both the financial services industry and broader professional circles.

Mrs. Kaymaureen Shim is the Acting Director of the Programme and Client Relationship Management Division.
Shereen Jones is the Group CIO of The Jamaica National Group, overseeing Information Technology operations. With over thirty (30) years of IT experience, particularly in financial services, she has worked for clients in multiple countries on three continents. Her career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1988, where she progressed through various roles until 2002. She then became the General Manager - IT at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited, followed by a significant role as General Manager of JN subsidiary Management Control Systems. In February 2013, she was appointed Assistant General Manager of the JN Group, eventually becoming Chief Information Officer with the JN Group during the restructuring of JNBS and the launch of JN Bank.
Outside her professional duties, Ms. Jones is actively involved in various organizations. She is Chairman of JETS Limited, supports Toastmasters International and is a board member of MC Systems Limited, St. Hugh's High School and two non-profit organizations - Giving Jamaica Chances Inc., and ShawOpCo Corporation. She is also an active member of her church community. Her contributions to the ICT industry were recognized with a lifetime achievement award from the Jamaica Computer Society in 2013. Academically, she is a proud graduate of Manchester High School. She later earned a BSc in Computer Science from The University of the West Indies, Mona, and completed an MS in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University. Shereen Jones's career and dedication to excellence highlight her esteemed status as a respected leader in Information Technology.
Mrs. Shernette Barham possesses over thirty-one (31) years' experience in the ICT industry. Having joined this organization in 1996 she has served at various levels from a Programmer Analyst to her current position of Acting Director of the BSS Division, honing skills in Software Engineering, Project, Programme and Portfolio Management, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic & Corporate Planning. Prior to her appointment on December 1, 2020, she served as the Senior Director of the Programme and Client Relationship Management Division.
A certified Project Management Professional, Mrs. Barham holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics (Hons.), a Master's Degree in Computer-Based Management Information Systems, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. She is a devoted Christian and is driven by the mantra that "Whatever is worth doing is worth doing well".

Ms. Sophia Williams was appointed to the post in May 2019.
She is a Certified Chartered Accountant who possesses a MSc. in Professional Accountancy from the University of London and a BSc. in Accounting from the University of the West Indies, Mona. She also possesses certification in Project Management from the Mona School of Business (MSB), and Corporate and Strategic Planning from the Management Institute for National Development (MIND).
Ms. Williams currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Ministry of Science, Energy and Technology (MSET).
She is a proud graduate of the Glenmuir High School.
Ms. Stephanie Abrahams is Senior Analyst, in the Office of the Minister at the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service (MOFPS) in Jamaica, with experience in monitoring, reporting, and advising on key legislation, policies, and programs. Before this role, she held impactful positions at Jamaica Producers Group Ltd., including Business Oversight, Operations and Support Coordinator, and HR Business Partner, where she excelled in championing HR and other organizational functions.
Ms. Abrahams' academic background is distinguished, having earned an MBA with Distinction and a Certificate in Principles and Practices of Project Management from the Mona School of Business and Management. ,.
Beyond her professional life, she is a member of the Kiwanis Club of New Kingston and serves as a Director at Kingston Free Zone Co. Ltd, and Clarendon Alumina Production Limited.
Ms. Wahkeen Murray serves as the Chief Technical Director responsible for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) at the Office of the Prime Minister. Ms. Murray's career includes roles such as Legal Officer, Acting Permanent Secretary for the former Ministry of Science and Technology, and Interim Manager at the Public Broadcasting Corporation of Jamaica. She is actively involved in various ICT-related organizations, having served on the boards of e-Learning Jamaica Company Limited and as Chair and Vice Chair of the Executive Council of the Caribbean Telecommunications Union. Academically, she holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws, and a Master of Laws in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications. Called to the Jamaican Bar in 2003, her legal training has enhanced her ability to navigate the legal dimensions of ICT.
Prof. Gunjan Mansingh is Head of the Department and a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Computing at the University of the West Indies (U.W.I), Mona. She holds a PhD in Information Systems and teaches various courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels in Computer Science and Information Systems, including Business Intelligence, Programming, Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Discovery and Analytics.
She is a co-author of the book "Business Intelligence for SMEs: An Agile Roadmap for Sustainability." She is a co-editor of an edited book titled "Knowledge Management for Development: Domains, Strategies and Technologies for Developing Countries", Springer Integrated Series in Information Systems. She also serves on the international editorial review board of International Journal of Knowledge Management. Her research interests are in Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Decision Support Systems, Expert Systems, Knowledge Management and Knowledge Management Systems, and Technology Adoption.
In her research she has worked in different domains in Jamaica such as healthcare, crime, agriculture, e-commerce and financial services. Her research focus has been on harnessing data, information and knowledge in the various sources to assist in the decision making process. She has over 50 publications in international journals, proceedings of several international conferences and as book chapters.
