Generations Health Care was founded in 2010 by a registered nurse, Alfred Christopher Perez, MSN, RN. Since then, it has grown to multiple establishments currently providing hospice end-of-life care, and visiting physician services in San Antonio, TX and its 13 surrounding counties... In 2013, Generations Visiting Practitioners, LLC. was created granting the ability to admit patients at their local facility. Furthermore, this venture offers yet another way for Generations to visit the patients in the comfort of their own home. This adjoining company further diversifie d the type of services offered by the Generations' practice... With the additional strain from launching a second business, Generations recognized the opportunity and used it to create another company to help combat potential struggle.
