GMGC is a group of legal professionals, scientist and academicians established in Pune, India, to promote Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) and World Trade Organization (WTO) related areas... GMGC is pioneered the protection, promotion and enforcement of Geographical Indications (GI) for the welfare of indigenous communities' rights. We have created a niche identity in the area of GI by registering and providing well equipped services to help farmer's/weavers/artisans community to get their rights and explore international markets. GMGC has worked for 89 GIs to contribute towards the recognition of India's asset on an individual scale which includes 51 GIs from Maharashtra out of which 38 GIs got registered.
