Cary has lived in Colorado her whole life, but that doesn't stop her from traveling and camping with her husband and dalmatian. She has been a Occupational Therapy Assistant for small schools for 20 years. Cary is also a self employed Massage Therapist and EMT. In addition, she presides on the Board of Directors for Freedom to Cowboy Up, a non-profit therapeutic horseback riding clinic in Akron, Colorado for the last 10 years. In 2017; Troy, Cary, and Snickers joined Go Team. When not working or volunteering, Snickers loves to go kayaking (although she hates the water).

Connie Tran

Connie is a Colorado native. She has earned a BA in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Colorado and a MBA from the University of Phoenix. Connie has worked as an art director for a marketing and public relations agency for 10 years and is a long time member of the local young advertising professional group, Ad 2 Colorado. Connie joined the Go Team in 2019 with her dog, Chama (a foxhound mix).

Erin Carlson

Erin is a native from upstate New York, where she received her Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Plattsburgh State University of New York. In Need of a change, she settled in Denver area in 2014 and today, Erin is a full-time Clinical Supervisor for Speech Therapy for MGA Pediatric Homehealth, specializing in Infant feeding and swallowing. She joined Go Team in 2017 with her Viszla dog Kinnser. While Kinnser is a quirky dog, who is often kiddish he seems to bring a calm to people of all ages. When not involved in work and volunteering, Erin can be found at one of her husband's 100 mile races or participating an one of her Obstacle course races.

Jerry Carney

Jerry was born in Boston, MA and raised in the capital district of New York. He served in the Air Force for 27 years and lived overseas for 11 of those years and has been deployed world-wide. He then became a defense contractor working for several different companies working integration of missile defense systems in test and exercises for the next 20 years. Jerry is currently a senior part time employee for Jacobs Engineering, working recruiting and strategic planning. Jerry is married to Joan who is an active member of the Go Team with their Westie Lucca. They have just added Roxy, a new Westie puppy to the family.

Kendra Amidon-Sanford

Kendra's journey to the GO Team comes from her passion to give back and serve others. She is a native of Colorado, who, in 1990 earned a BA in Secondary Education from Adams State College and is an AKC Evaluator. Kendra is a dog lover who has had many special dogs throughout her life. Professionally, Kendra is a strong leader with 23 years of diversified learning and development experience that includes people management, training delivery, eLearning, and site start up. She is skillful in building high performing teams and developing/ maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders. She handles 2 GO TEAM dogs (Hope and Harmony) and coordinates GO TEAM events for the Southern California Coastal region.

Nancy Trepagnier

Nancy founded the GO TEAM in memory of her son and to fulfill her passion to give back to the community. Nancy is a professional dog trainer, therapy dog and PTSD service dog trainer specialist, behavior specialist, presenter and educator. Nancy holds an Education degree from San Diego State University with an emphasis in special needs children. She has extensive experience in canine handling, training and behavior modification. Nancy is a CGC/CGCA evaluator for the American Kennel Club (AKCĀ®). She formerly evaluated dogs for two large and well known therapy dog organizations. Over the course of 6 years, Nancy delivered over 3000 hours of private and group obedience classes. As a visible animal supporter, Nancy served as spokesperson for the Pet of the week segments on CBS, NBC, ABC and Fox and was an advocate on the Wild and Exotic Animal Show on CBS and PBS.

Steven Schlonski

Steve is a native from upstate New York and settled in Colorado Springs following a 21-year career in the U.S. Air Force as a space operations officer and systems engineer. Today, Steve is a full-time systems engineer supporting the U.S. Space Force. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Mathematics and minor in Computer Science from Potsdam State University of New York and a Masters Aeronautical Science degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He and his wife Lori joined Go Team in 2015 after teaching their female Yorkie-Poodle named Pepper. They also taught a tiny Shiz Tzu-Poodle named Maya. Pepper and Maya regularly work at a local psychiatric hospital and the East Branch of the Pikes Peak Library Paws to Read program.
