Aurélie joined Grayhawk to help families "own" their wealth. She has been dedicated to serving families for more than 15 years, with passion, tenacity and integrity.
Aurélie was a Senior Vice President at Lombard Odier, one of the most prominent Swiss private banks, where she headed the French desk based in London. In that capacity, she adopted a family-office approach to advise families on all aspects of their wealth, from planning and structuring to investing, education, family governance and empowering the rising generations. Aurélie strongly believes in education and networking: she built an innovative service platform for women and entrepreneurs.

Cecilia Wang is Grayhawk's VP Finance, responsible for the day-to-day functions and operational processes in the finance department.
Cecilia brings 18 years of experience in the financial services and alternative investment industry to the Grayhawk team. After 7 years of offshore experience in the Cayman Islands, Cecilia assumed increasingly senior roles in financial operations and performance analysis with large financial institutions in Canada. Cecilia is focused on improving operational efficiency, transforming legacy systems and technology and providing financial information that is accurate, transparent, and timely.
Cecilia is passionate about new technologies, new ideas and new ways of thinking. She finds it rewarding to apply the right technology or leverage new or existing tools, to simplify or redesign processes to improve efficiency. Cecilia believes that sharing relevant financial data and analytics is important in interdepartmental collaboration. It often provides useful insight for better business decisions.
Cecilia holds a CPA, CA designation and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. She has an Honors of Business Administration degree from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
Cecilia lives in Markham with her husband and two daughters.

Dennis is a Portfolio Manager at Grayhawk. He has over 15 years of investment management and capital markets experience and has worked closely with several leading family offices, foundations, and ultra-high net worth clients.
Dennis is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds an MBA degree from Concordia University. He is also a member of the Montreal CFA Society.

Kelly Francis is a trusted partner who supports our senior leaders by increasing their business productivity and keeping them organized. Kelly is naturally gifted in helping others.
Kelly began her career with RBC for 10 years progressing to Manager, Personal Banking where she helped many successful Canadian families with their financial needs. More recently, Kelly spent the last 9 years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts where she honed her executive assistant skills while supporting a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Nipissing University with a major in English and a minor in Sociology. She is mom to an adult daughter. They are very close and together enjoy travelling, exploring the food scene in Toronto, and attending live theatre productions, especially the opera. Kelly is passionate about helping orphans in Africa and played a key role in the formation of the charity Heart for Africa.

Kyle Hunter is a Portfolio Manager helping highly successful families achieve their financial objectives and aspirations. Kyle is a passionate investment manager and believes financial goals are met through open dialogue, a disciplined and systematic approach to asset allocation, and an investment strategy that delivers capital preservation and sufficient levels of return.
Kyle brings nearly 20 years of investment management, capital markets and consulting experience to Grayhawk. Before joining Grayhawk, Kyle was Portfolio Manager at an independent mutual fund company in Calgary where he managed three investment funds with a focus on energy. Prior to that, Kyle was Vice President and Portfolio Manager at a major Canadian bank managing the bank's resource-related mutual funds and supporting the firm's institutional mandates. Kyle has also spent time in equity research at a sell-side boutique and in consulting at a global consulting firm.
Kyle holds an Honors of Business Administration degree and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University. Kyle is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and is a member of the Toronto CFA Society.
Kyle lives in Toronto and enjoys experiencing the outdoors, skiing, hiking and biking, with his wife and two children.

Maddy is the Regional Coordinator for Western Canada, working with and supporting David Beddis. In this role she strengthens the client experience within the western region, ensuring that our families are well taken care of.

Madeleine holds an Honours degree in Geography and Environmental Sciences with a focus on Sustainability and a certificate in Business from McMaster University. During her undergraduate career, Madeleine was heavily involved in giving back to the community and volunteered her time in organizations such as the McMaster Students' Union, Relay for Life, and Cystic Fibrosis Canada, as well as her faculty society. She is currently working towards obtaining her PMP (Project Management Professional) designation.
Mike Pires is a Portfolio Administrator who works with Grayhawk's Client Services team to support diverse family needs. Mike believes hard work paired with positivity creates happiness in life that transcends through his work.
Mike has gained experience through University of Calgary's club activities including acting as VP Finance for the Human Resources Club. He also held a summer internship at BDC in security and disbursement.
Mike is a fourth year Finance Student at the University of Calgary, Haskayne School of Business and has held leadership roles in the Human Resources, Real Estate Club and Campus Tours. Mike has taken multiple courses on top of his formal education through Wall Street Prep and continues to build on his operational and technical knowledge.
Residing in Calgary, Mike lives an active lifestyle by exercising and hiking on sunny weekends. He is an active community member taking part in many events in the city and loves to travel to experience new cultures.
Omaid Momand is an Operations Associate at Grayhawk with more than four years of experience in various operational and client-servicing roles within the financial industry. Omaid's expertise in leveraging new technologies to streamline operational efficiencies and improve processes for clients and companies make him a valuable asset to the team.
Before joining Grayhawk, Omaid served as a Senior Associate in Investment Operations at BMO and worked as an Associate in Private Client Group at Beutel Goodman & Company Ltd. He began his career at HSBC Bank Canada as a Premier Officer, where he supported a high-net-worth client portfolio manager. Omaid moved to Canada in 2014 to pursue his graduate degree.
Omaid shares the team's commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth, and he is currently pursuing his MBA while beginning his CFA journey. He is enthusiastic about driving efficiency through technology and improving operational processes.
Sharon Liu joins Grayhawk with over 15 years of experience in building institutional grade operational infrastructures for digital, fixed income, and fund of hedge funds investment firms.
Prior to joining Grayhawk, Sharon was Head of Operations at a global multi-manager/multi-strategy investment platform allocating capital to both TradFi and crypto hedge funds, where she provided guidance on all aspects of operations across digital and traditional finance markets.
Prior to this, Sharon was Head of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer at a crypto hedge fund, where she joined at its inception and was responsible for all non-trading functions.
Sharon has also been employed with a fixed income hedge fund, where she developed from scratch and managed the process and infrastructure for all aspects of fund operations, including cash/funding management, trading FX hedges and front-end papers, trade operations, fund accounting, risk management, and compliance. At a $1.2B Canadian fund of hedge funds investment firm she was responsible for operational due diligence, portfolio performance analysis, and risk management. Sharon began her career as an analyst in operations, risk, and valuation at two global fund administration companies.
Sharon holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Waterloo, a B.A. Honours in Economics from the University of Western Ontario (Huron College) and has been a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter holder since 2010.
Outside of work, Sharon enjoys playing the piano and attending classical concerts with her family.
Stephen Harvey is the Chief Investment Officer of Grayhawk and manages the investment management functions at the firm. Stephen has over 20 years investing experience with roles in Toronto, London and New York. Most recently Stephen was the Chief Investment Officer of Titan Advisors, where he managed the investment committee and investment team. Prior to that he was a Partner at Saguenay Strathmore Capital, where he focused on risk management and portfolio construction. He started his career at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan within their risk management group.
Stephen earned an honours degree in economics at York University and has been a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder since 2003. He resides in the suburbs of Toronto with his wife Cori and helps coach their twin boys in baseball. Stephen switches allegiance between his native England and his adopted home of Canada, depending upon what sport it is on.

Steven Lam is an Associate Portfolio Manager & Research Analyst who works at Grayhawk performing due diligence and monitoring fund managers to ensure operational functions follow a robust process. Steven believes that proactively anticipating the needs of our clients and being prompt in communication are fundamental to long-term partnerships. It is these shared values with Grayhawk that allow him to help families navigate the complexities involved with wealth management and to build valuable ongoing relationships.
Steven has gained invaluable experience working at UBS Asset Management where he was responsible for the accounting and monthly reporting of performance metrics of investment portfolios for fund managers and family offices. It was during his time there that Steven learned the importance of aligning families' values and interests with the work he was performing.
Steven received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter-holder and also holds the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM). Steven is a member of the Toronto CFA Society.
Steven lives in Toronto and upholds an active lifestyle involving participation in recreational sports. He also is continually discovering new methods of improving performance with weight training activities.
Suela has joined the Grayhawk team as Finance Manager tending to day-to-day, full cycle accounting functions.
Will is a Project Analyst who assists with implementing new technologies at Grayhawk. Building on recent experience championing new technologies, Will works to continuously improve everything going on behinds the scenes at Grayhawk to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the business.
