Bart Ashford

Bart Ashford is Grant Company's steady hand, a veteran of the agency business. Brands in his portfolio include PetSmart, Hostess, Farmland Foods, Walmart, MetLife, Cook's Ham, Skittles, Coca-Cola and McDonald's. Bart's job is to make sure all projects are visually captivating, unique and ultimately drive more business for our clients.

Bob Cervera

Everything about broadcasting has been in Bob Cervera's blood since he was a kid. He began in radio but became a television news anchor/reporter and TV show host in the Midwest and on RFD-TV for most of his career. He's also a tech junkie. Want to geek out on TV, radio or computers? Bob's your guy! Today, he's thrilled to be Grant Company's Director of Broadcast and Audience Development.

Christy Collins

Job Titles:
  • Content Creator
Originally hailing from S. Florida, Christy Collins has a spark for empathetic storytelling, crafting content that establishes an emotional connection as clearly as it communicates the information the project requires. Her daily duties range from video editing to graphics illustration, with a mind that is often mulling over production strategies and new creative possibilities to explore.

Crystal Albers

A native of eastern Kansas, Crystal Albers grew up with the rhythms of farming. She's spent the last 15 years in ag communications and advertising, having managed one of the industry's largest and most extensive advertising, marketing and communications programs. Her job is to take a strategic view of projects, and to ensure the content we build moves business forward for our clients.

Derrick Collins

Derrick Collins has spent much of his career as a videographer, filmmaker and graphic designer. He enjoys creating things that people want to watch and enjoy. Derrick's role is to build stories around brands - and to ensure clients' projects resonate with audiences.

Diane Meyer

Self diagnosed with a travel virus, Diane Meyer runs on laughter and coffee. She grew up in Northern California in the heart of wine country, migrated to West Texas and now calls the Midwest home. With an appreciation for the craftsmanship of storytelling, she helps clients establish a clear direction and carries out their vision using compelling words and visuals.

Eric Grant - Managing Director

A 30-year veteran in communications and advertising, Eric Grant has worn many hats, but none more enjoyable or important than his role with Grant Company. With a sharp dislike for wasting time in meetings, he places value on creative initiative - and encourages his team not to be afraid to press forward. "Our clients benefit when we do," he says.

Heather Heater

Job Titles:
  • Graphic Designer
A passionate designer, bovine lover and photographer, Heather Heater brings print and magazine design skills to Grant Company. She takes pride in her work as it is a representation of her and the clients she works with. Her job is to take the the clients' vision and bring it to life in brochures, flyers or books.

Jeff Meyer

If you're ever at Arrowhead Stadium, you'll see Jeff Meyer's work. He's the "big board" operator for the Kansas City Chiefs, and spent much of the last 10 years as a video and TV producer for the Miami Dolphins and the Denver Broncos. Jeff's job is to manage the company's technical infrastructure - and to make sure projects get done right.

Jena McRell

A writer at heart, Jena McRell grew up in south central Missouri always close to farming and ranching and with a Holstein heifer nearby. Detailed and process oriented, her writing is efficient, professional and spot on. Her job is to thoroughly understand client needs, and to drive projects forward through effective communications, social media and advertising.

Josh Lewin

Josh Lewin was born and raised across the pond in the United Kingdom. With a bachelor's in film and a master's in communications, he was destined for a career in commercial storytelling. His 12 years of experience behind the camera have taught him versatility and adaptation are key when it comes to media and marketing.

Lanette Frye

Job Titles:
  • Director of Marketing and Sales
Raised on a cow-calf operation in Wyoming, Lanette has called Montana home for 28 years. With 30 years of experience in print and radio advertising, she helped grow Working Ranch into one of ag's best publications. Her passions are client relationships, family and horses - specifically showing reined cowhorses. At Grant Company, she has taken the reins of marketing and sales initiatives.

Ryan Grant

Ryan Grant is our market research analyst and content writer. A published author of literary fiction, Ryan brings both analytical and writing skills to his duties with the company. His job is to tell the stories of clients through words, and to tell these stories in a captivating way.
