Greenpoint TDI is currently working on the last phase of a complete reconstruction, by MGM Resorts, on the north strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. This last phase is the complete re-branding of the Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino. The new name will be Park MGM Hotel and Casino. This is a tie-in with the new MGM park leading up to the T-mobile arena on one side and the Park theater on the other side.
