Her polite, friendly, and professional manner earned her the Bugle-Observer's "Reader's Choice Award" for the past several years. Her success in previous management positions and her experience in the service industry makes her well suited for her current role with the team. Melissa is responsible for managing the office, which includes accounting duties, coordinating with clients, and ensuring efficient general office operations.
Melissa lives in Wakefield with her husband, Douglas, and son, Evan. All three are Montreal Canadiens fans.
