Jagmohan Singh Nanda is the founding principal of Nanda & Associate Lawyers Professional Corporation. Jagmohan is privileged to have articled with The Honourable Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India, Jagdish Singh Khehar, who is the 44th and current Chief Justice of India.
Jagmohan received his LL.B. from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, in 1996. Jagmohan then started a successful practice at the Punjab and Haryana High Court and Supreme Court of India in 1997, and practiced there until he moved to Canada in 2001. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2003. Jagmohan currently practices law in the areas of Real Estate, Business, Immigration, Wills and Estates, and Personal Injury.
Jagmohan has closed thousands of residential real estate transactions, and has completed multi-million dollar commercial real estate transactions involving gas stations, truck stops, hotels and motels, land development, and multiplex apartment buildings, as well as a variety of franchise arrangements.
Jagmohan is a Member of Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Peel Law Association.

Navjot joined Nanda & Associate Lawyers as an Associate in 2018. Prior to joining, she advocated on behalf of clients as an Associate at a personal injury boutique in Toronto and at a family law firm in Brampton.
Navjot graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 2010 with High Distinction and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2013.
The main focus of Stuart's practice is personal injury and disability related litigation. Stuart has experience with all forms of injury related litigation which includes motor vehicle accidents, occupiers liability issues like trip and falls and product liability issues such as injuries caused by defective products. Stuart has been a lawyer since 1993 and has seen the life changing impact injuries can have on people and their families and understands the need for personal attention each person needs to help them through what is a trying and difficult time.
Stuart has appeared before and enjoyed success before all levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Stuart spent over a decade working for insurance companies in Ontario and is familiar with how they work, how they manage claims and how they assess claims. Stuart's experience in how insurance companies approach negotiations along with a deep understanding of all relevant legislation and case law equips him to achieve large settlements so clients have the resources they need to reclaim their life.
The main focus of Vaishali's practice is Statutory Accident Benefits. Vaishali specializes in the management of No-Fault Accident Benefit Claims on behalf of the accident victim. Vaishali's priority is to advance the interests of her clients to ensure that they receive the benefits that they have paid for. She is committed to ensuring that each of our clients receives individual attention, guidance, care and compassion.
Involved with the most complex catastrophic and chronic pain cases, Vaishali's dedication to our firm is invaluable in helping accident victims manage their disability claims. She is diligent when building clients' files to ensure the best possible results for them and their families. Vaishali regularly attends case conferences at the License Appeal Tribunal.
Vaishali is fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and Marathi, and she is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
