With this in mind, Green On India was created in 2018 by a team of pro-environmentalists and like-minded individuals, post vigorous research and development, trying to find out alternative solutions against the plastic products. We believe that composting is the environmentalism of the future, and we work hard to spread the knowledge about the better alternatives to disposable plastic... Our products are the perfect alternative to the harmful plastics that are detrimental to our Earth. All the Green On India products are made from Natural Starch, Vegetable Oil derivatives and Vegetable waste. They do not give out toxic gases into the air or your food. Although made up of 100% compostable and natural materials, our bags are as strong and durable as conventional plastic bags. Plus they decompose in approximately 180 days.
