Adam Hubble - CFO

Prior to joining Hand Construction as CFO, Adam spent 10-years in the banking industry serving in various roles of commercial lending. During this time he participated in the formation of a bank as well as the successful merger and re-branding of another institution. Adam holds a Master of Business Administration degree, a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and multiple professional designations and licenses in the banking and investment fields. He has been actively involved with multiple nonprofit and charity organizations over the years and currently enjoys the opportunity of serving on the VOA's finance committee. Adam attended high school at Mandeville High in Mandeville, LA. Prior to attending college in Baton Rouge, he served in the United States Marine Corps at duty stations in San Diego, CA and Pensacola, FL. Adam returned to Shreveport in 2003 where he currently lives with his wife and two children.

Kyle is the past president of the Shreveport Associated General Contractors, and serves the organization as an ongoing board member. Kyle is also proud to serve as a member of the Bossier City Lions Club.

M. Cayce Hand - CEO, President

President and CEO, Cayce Hand received his Bachelor's degree in Building Construction from Northeast Louisiana University. As a long-time member of the Associated General Contractors of America, he served as President of the Shreveport Chapter in 1989 and again in 2006. He is licensed in the State of Louisiana for the major classifications cations of Building Construction; Heavy Construction; and Municipal and Public Works Construction. In 2002, he was awarded the Health Care Contractor's Certificate. Cayce Hand's experience includes commercial and light industrial construction and new multi-family housing projects, as well as extensive experience in large renovation projects. He has over forty years experience in the construction industry which includes involvement in numerous multi-million dollar projects. Awarded the Healthcare Contractor's Certificate at the International Conference of Health Facility Planning, Design and Construction on March 25-27, 2002, Cayce Hand brings valuable and specific knowledge of healthcare facility construction to Hand Construction's projects.
