Rather than in a silo off to the side running new things, my focus is on transforming what already exists, helping entire companies shift to a digital mindset by using new tools, technologies and methods to achieve it... I like to think of myself as a conductor. I'm orchestrating the transformation, but I'm not owning it. It should be owned by every area of the business... Moving the entire business stack onto SAP Hybris, coupled with the upgrades in production, analytics and shipping, set the company up for fast, agile and mobile growth.
