Andrew supports a wide range of businesses with financial management, specialising in capital structuring and debt and equity finance. Andrew is passionate about helping entrepreneurial businesses grow to realise their full potential. Andrew has extensive experience across due diligence, valuations, acquisition advisory business modelling and will and management reporting and compliance services. He leads the private client transaction advisory offering at Ernst & Young Limited in Auckland, New Zealand. Andrew has a wealth of experience leading multi-disciplinary engagements and with a focus on the New Zealand technology sector.

Kirsty Campbell

Kirsty is a professional director and commercial adviser who has held a range of roles in corporate finance, banking, law and regulation. She is a member of the board of Public Trust, an independent director of NZHL, Salt Funds, Toitū Envirocare and New Plymouth PIF Guardians. She is also a member of the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal and has several other governance roles. Her previous roles include Simplicity NZ (Independent Director), the Financial Markets Authority (Head of Supervision) and ANZ Commercial & Agri. Kirsty is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, a certified member of INFINZ and a member of Global Women. She has a Bachelor of Law (Hons) and a post-graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, from the University of Edinburgh.

Manfred Lange

Manfred has been in software engineering for over 20 years, working in roles such as CTO, development manager, program manager, project manager and software architect. Business requirements driving technical decisions is important to him, and he has significant experience not only in software engineering but also in operations research. He has worked with companies of different sizes and in a wide range of industries in Europe, the United States, Australia and New Zealand. Manfred has a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Applied Science in Esslingen, Germany. In his spare time he combines his interest in financial markets with that in software development to build tools for managing stock market investments.
