We offer an innovative and very personal approach to training, specialising in one-on one training, either at our specially built studio gym on Strada Valea Rosie or in our clients own homes. Where cost is an issue, we can also offer a more cost effective option, with small group training in classes of up to a maximum of 3 participants (we strongly believe that 3 people is the largest class size where a trainer is able to monitor what each individual is doing and hence give the maximum benefit to each of our clients)... Lifestyle Valea Rosie is a new business set up by Andreea Harris, Romanian born with Romanian and British nationality, who gained her personal trainer qualifications and experience in the UK and Mike Harris, a British national born and brought up in Wales in the UK, and who has lived most of his life in London and Hong Kong.... Our luxury modern apartments are purpose built within this attractive villa, surrounded by trees and greenery, with direct access to forest..
