HEART PLEDGE DAY

Every year, thousands of supporters from across western Canada flood the phone lines on Heart Pledge Day in support of cardiac care and research at the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute. Since 2010, the University Hospital Foundation has partnered with a local radio station to host an annual radio event in February, to raise critical funds that support the most advanced equipment, technology, and work environments in the world... Listen on up! 99.3 as physicians, medical researchers, frontline healthcare providers, and patients share their inspiring and personal stories to raise funds and awareness about the world-class cardiac care at the University of Alberta Hospital's Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute... We are driven to find bold solutions, inspire new ideas, and ignite new discoveries by bringing the right people together and giving them the resources they need to achieve the impossible.
