It was designed by Arete Design Group and houses mixed occupancies. The building adjacent was designed by its owner. It features open-web floor and roof trusses, and houses a restaurant... This masonry building is adjacent to the historic WYO Theater. It was renovated to provide added space and facilities to support the WYO.
