Clearly Education was set up to break the mould of supply agencies. Having worked in education we fully understand the stresses of being understaffed. We have also been on the receiving end of agencies who are focused on putting a "body" in the classroom with little to no thought of whether they are the right person for the position, and we are well aware of how this can be more of a hindrance than a help!... For this reason, we at Clearly have made it our mission to provide only the best to our education settings. We work closely with our schools and nurseries - to ensure that we provide staff who are a good match to the setting and have the right qualifications and experience for the post... We take pride in looking after both our candidates and our settings by providing a personal approach. Having locally based teams means that you will have a familiar and friendly voice at the end of the phone. We conduct face to face interviews, hold regular socials for our candidates and visit..
