Andrea Clegg

Andrea Clegg has 20+ years in financial leadership with both public and private companies. Clegg is a pioneer in the telemedicine field and has over 16 years of experience in for-profit telemedicine and multi-state clinical care delivery models. While serving as CFO & Compliance Officer of Hicuity Health, she also serves a substantial operational leadership role. During Clegg's tenure the company has more than doubled in revenue and now serves approximately 100 hospitals nationwide. Before joining Hicuity Health, Clegg held several financial leadership roles. Clegg was integral to the growth and IPO of NightHawk Radiology Services (a Summit Partners portfolio company), and served as Controller, Vice President of Finance/Investor Relations, and Corporate Treasurer. She successfully contributed to the significant growth in a new market, grew 8x in revenue from an early stage to a $700M+ market cap, negotiated and integrated multiple acquisitions, secured private and public debt facilities, and was integral to their successful initial public offering and ultimately a take private sale. Prior to NightHawk Radiology Services, Clegg worked in various financial leadership positions including: Controller at 20 Th Century Fox Film Corp. ($3B Home Video Division) where the division had record sales and results each year; Wham-O! Toys (a Charterhouse portfolio company), Mattel Toys and Northrop-Grumman. Clegg's experience scaling key financial functions of rapidly growing companies that are venture or PE backed - particularly within the telemedicine industry - and managing these functions make her a great fit for Hicuity Health. Her financial vision, leadership and strong strategy acumen has been critical to the company's growth and establishment as the leading provider of technology enabled remote patient monitoring services. Clegg holds an MBA from Loyola Marymount University and BAs in both economics and geography from the University of California-Santa Barbara. Brad Green

Brad Green leads and oversees all sales activities for Hicuity Health, working directly with hospital executives and clinical teams to implement Hicuity Health's telemedicine programs in hospitals, health systems, and other health facilities across the country. Green brings more than 25 years of sales and management experience within the healthcare industry to his Hicuity Health role. Prior to joining the company, he served as senior vice president for the Broadlane Group (now Vizient, Inc.), a healthcare supply chain and revenue management company. In addition, he spent more than 12 years in progressive sales and sales leadership positions with GE Healthcare and VHA Inc. Green has led initiatives to coordinate sales activities across multiple product lines and business units within the acute care healthcare space, as well as physician sales, ambulatory and the small hospital market. His deep knowledge of the healthcare market and history of success in leading high functioning teams makes Brad key in continuing to fulfill Hicuity Health's mission to be the market leader in transforming provider to provider telemedicine care. Green holds an MBA from Houston Baptist University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He is also Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

Corey Danko

Corey Danko oversees the entirety of the Hicuity Health IT infrastructure that supports the delivery of care to our clients, including information security, network infrastructure, application delivery and technical support for hospital partners including operations of the company's redundant network architecture and its integrated network of 11 care operations centers. Under Danko's leadership, his team manages infrastructure design, operations, innovation, maintenance, and resiliency, including security and external testing and certifications. Danko brings to his role more than twenty-five years of experience in healthcare IT. Prior to joining Hicuity Health, Danko spent nearly five years at AtlantiCare, where he supported an IT network of upwards of 100 sites for this New Jersey health care system. Previously, Danko spent twenty years with Meridian Health, where he held management positions leading large mission-critical service teams responsible for support, security, systems and telephony. Danko earned his MBA at Stockton University in Galloway, New Jersey and his BS in Computer Science at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, New Jersey.

Dr. Francis Ntimba

Dr. Francis Ntimba is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, and Neurocritical Care. Dr. Ntimba was an attending physician in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Beth Israel Medicine Center and is now a practicing intensivist. Additionally, he was an instructor of medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University prior to joining Hicuity Health. Dr. Isabelle Kopec - Founder

As a co-founder of Hicuity Health, Dr. Isabelle Kopec is responsible for a great number of the company's practices and successes. She is a practicing intensivist who is deeply involved in client relationships and ensuring that the collaborative relationship between company clinical staff and hospital staff is seamless. In addition to her role at Hicuity Health, Dr. Kopec serves as the associate chairman of the Department of Critical Care Medicine and as past president of the medical staff at SSM DePaul Health Center in St. Louis. Under her leadership, DePaul received SSM Healthcare's Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and a five-star rating two years running from Health Grades for cardiac surgery outcomes. Dr. Kopec also helped implement DePaul's Medical Emergency Team to improve patient outcomes and lower mortality rates. In 2006, she was selected as one of St. Louis' "Healthcare Heroes." Dr. Kopec served as chair of the Society of Critical Care Medicine's Tele-ICU Committee, and is an active member of Mid-America Transplant Services Physician Advisory Board, American College of Physicians and American College of Physician Executives. Dr. Kopec speaks on patient safety and quality outcomes of Hicuity Health's tele-ICU program at national conferences, including the Institute for Healthcare Improvement's National Forum. Dr. Kopec is board-certified in critical care and internal medicine. She completed her fellowship training in critical care medicine at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York. She earned her MD from St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, and her BS from the University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada.

Dr. John Kazianis

Dr. John Kazianis is board certified in Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Internal Medicine. As VP and Senior Medical Director, Dr. Kazianis provides physician leadership to some of Hicuity Health's partner hospitals, co-directing the implementation process and guiding process improvement initiatives as part of the tele-ICU program. Dr. Kazianis also treats patients as a tele-intensivist in Hicuity Health's tele-care hub located in New York City. Dr. Kazianis has experience in private practice and academic medicine, most recently in New Haven, CT. During the pandemic, he worked as an investigator in a national clinical trial studying pharmacologic agents for COVID ARDS. In addition to tele-critical care, his clinical interests include ARDS, sepsis and ICU benchmarking and reporting. Dr. Kazianis completed his fellowship in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine, as well as his internal medicine residency, at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. He received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and holds an undergraduate degree from Brown University. Prior to joining Hicuity Health Dr. Kazianis was an attending physician at Stamford Hospital, specializing in Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Young Ahn

Young Ahn, MD, FASA provides primary clinical leadership for Hicuity Health. Dr. Ahn's clinical and operational efforts support the company's drive to innovate acute care telemedicine and meet the critical clinical and operational needs of the patients, providers, and organizations that Hicuity Health serves across multiple service lines. Dr. Ahn brings a wealth of clinical experience to the company, having served as Chief of Service and Medical Director in the Kaiser Permanente system, Deputy Chief Medical Officer in a private hospital system venture, and as Clinical Assistant Professor at UCLA. Ahn earned his MD at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, trained at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School in anesthesiology, and completed a fellowship in critical care at USCF. He is board certified in both critical care and anesthesiology.

Kimberly White

Kimberly White is an effective communicator with a knack for building and maintaining strategic relationships with the company's partners. She leads Client Services, building relationship strategies with Hicuity Health's client hospitals. These collaborative relationships are the cornerstone of effective clinical partnerships. White has extensive client engagement, sales, and marketing experience, with more than 20 years in healthcare. Prior to Hicuity Health, she served in sales and marketing leadership roles for T-System, Inc., a revenue cycle management organization supporting emergency physicians and hospitals. In these roles, White drove sales growth through organic lead generation, development of a multi-faceted marketing strategy, and retooling communication campaigns. White received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.

Ms. Murphy leads nursing and operations functions across ten care operations centers, with responsibility for staffing, workflow definition and compliance, and operations management. She is also central to the company's development of new service lines, including remote inpatient telemetry, virtual nursing, virtual sitter, and smart device monitoring services. Marcia Murphy is a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Executive, and Critical Care Registered Nurse. Ms. Murphy received her Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Maryville University.

Tom Bobich brings to Hicuity Health 25+ years of passionate marketing, operations and leadership experience in a range of service industries with repeated success in growing both categories and companies. As Vice President of Marketing at Hicuity Health, Bobich is dedicated to establishing the company as the leader in acute care telemedicine. Immediately prior to joining Hicuity Health, Bobich was a principal with Marketure Growth Consultants, having co-founded the practice focused on delivering practical growth-oriented strategies to a range of client companies. Previously, he held marketing and operational leadership positions with start-up Visage Mobile, helping to define the company as the leader in its category of technology-enabled services. Most recently, Bobich led the company's rebranding from Advanced ICU Care to Hicuity Health in early 2021. On behalf of the company, Bobich chairs the ATA member group dedicated to tele-ICU and acute care. Bobich earned his BBA in Management and Marketing at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles summa cum laude and went on to earn his MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
