Mr. G. V. Subramanyam brings with him 30+ years of rich experience in the renewable energy sector across project management, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), Solar module manufacturing, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
In his current role at Hinduja Renewables as Chief Operations Officer, he is responsible for power plant operations and performance with an emphasis on photovoltaics technology and other emerging technology solutions.
His last assignments were with Reliance Industries and Tata BP Solar India Ltd.
Mr. Subramanyam holds B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from University Visweswaraya College of Engineering, Bangalore.

Shashi Kant Ranjan comes with around 16 years of work experience. Before joining us, he was working with Adani Green Energy Ltd as AVP. Also, earlier he was associated with Renew Power as AGM Project Finance, Hindustan Power as Senior Manager Finance & Accounts. He was associated with Lanco Power and Focus Energy during start of his career.
Shashi brings with him expertise in the fields of Project Finance, Supply chain finance, Strategic Business Planning, Financial Modelling, Domestic and Foreign currency bond & credit ratings.
He has completed his CMA from ICAI and Bcom from Delhi University in 2007.

Mr. Sumit Pandey comes with more than 20 years of varied experience in Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Renewable Energy. He is responsible for the creation and implementation of the strategy for growth, expansion, customer centricity, and governance for Hinduja Renewables in Solar, Wind, emerging technologies and synergies between mobility and energy.
Before Hinduja Renewables, he held leadership positions at UPC-AC Energy India, Moser Baer Solar, Dell Computers, ICICI Bank, and the State Bank of India.
He is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and NIT Trichy.
